Very bad service. Receptionist schedule a Covid19 test for 630 PM and the clinic closed at 500PM

I wouldnt hold my breath if I was you calling and trying to make an appointment. Their voice mailbox is always full. Always. This is why people go to emergency rooms for minor ailments. I suggest you try going somewhere else if youre sick or hurt.

Our appointment is on Monday but went to San Bruno Saturday since husband felt painful due to the blisters he has on his leg. The lady outside said to go in then the guy tall and balding said to come back in the afternoon. He said that we are cutting the line which we assumed that he was referring to the patients parked outside which we also think were there for vaccination. This is the statement u have on ur website “You can find our San Bruno urgent care at the San Bruno Town Center on El Camino Real located in between US101 I280 and I380. Save your spot online walkin or schedule a Virtual Visit to receive care from a health care team you can trust. Open 7 days a week 365 days a year.” WHAT HAPPENED TO UR STATEMENT?

Test at your own risk. Inaccurate and unapologetic no recourse.They administered a test that resulted positive. Not even two hours later a PCR test was administered at a different location and resulted negative. Same morning another rapid test was administered negative. So one positive and two negatives in less than 24 hours. Dignity HealthGoHealth refused a request to retest which could have salvaged a family vacation instead they followed a protocol saying its policy not to retest but upon speaking with someone from the Health department it was made clear this isnt the case.They made no effort in trying to assist and insisted there was absolutely no way it was a false positive. This cost a six year old a trip to the beach and would have cost them nothing but time.They also withheld critical documents of vaccinated family members which is just inexcusable 3 hour round trip to obtain the same documents at another location. Absolute shame on your policies. I wish I could give more stars because the staff is welcoming and nice but its clear that even the nicest staff work for a corporation that skirts policies and guidelines at its own will. Literally if either of the other two clinics was a trusted partner my little boy would be at the beach.Shame on you your contaminated test your refusal to check and double check and the inaccurate result. Shame on your for withholding documents of those who are vaccinated and tested negative I doubt thats even legal we should all as patients have access to our medical record our documents and care summaries.

They were excellent. Everyone was nice and informative.

Ive been going here every week since the pandemic for work clearance and the staff is efficient and super friendly. Kim and the rest of the staff are someone of the best and professional people Ive worked with in the medical field.

They were nice. Service was fast. The place was really clean.

The staffs here are very friendly instructive and care for their patients. Facilities are clean followed along with Covid19 guideline. They accept my insurance no hidden cost or any sorts. Five stars

They dont know what they are doing. All over the place.  A simple test turned into an hour or more wait. unprofessional and rude staff.

122620 Around 1030 AMLet me start by saying the woman who does the COVID testing is a gem. Shes very sweet overworked and under appreciated. The man at the front desk is why Im giving 3 stars. He is one of the most rude and inconsiderate people I have not had the pleasure of talking to. We had a COVID test at 1035 AM and we were not seen until 1130 AM because of him.He did not let the lady testing know we fixed the insurance issue and we were ready for the test. I really appreciate the hard work of the people collecting the COVID tests. This cant be an easy job and Im sure its exhausting. The man at the counter needs to start working instead of sitting and collecting a paycheck. Help out your team please.
