I’ve been bringing my kids to this place for a couple of years, but is always the same. Long time waiting, for a very superficial evaluation.Last visit we waited 1:20 minutes for a 5 minutes with the doctor.Very disappointing.

I really appreciate everything there ! They care for my 2 kids, I have a 12 year old boy and a 7 months old baby boy. I've been taking my kids since they were born.

Our first visit went alright. We saw Doctor Tolentino and she seemed pretty nice. The office was completely empty. I didn't see another patient while I was there. I Attempted to make a return appointment and called four times during posted business hours. No one ever answered the phone. I left two messages stating my interest in bringing my daughter in for her next wellness appointment and no one retuned my messages. Extremely rude and unprofessional. What good is a decent practice with terrible support staff? Sad because they aren't even busy.

My daughter's been seeing Dr. Abunto since she was born. She's a great doctor with a lot of advice and respectful of my views. The receptionists there are hit or miss. I've encountered one with an attitude on the phone
