Horrible and rude doctor ever. Travelled 15 miles with my 5 year old daughter to get his advice on her skin problem we were exactly ten minutes late and he turned us down. Simply advised to reschedule even after we requested we can wait a while till he is done with his other works but no use. Not acceptable.

Dr. Bhatnagar is excellent In my youth I experienced acne so bad that sunblock and sunscreen made my skin worse so Id use liquid makeup to save the day those of you from GenX and prior generations remember Cover Girls SPF 15 liquid foundation? They came out with one that was for acneprone people? Yeah they geared their products towards people like me back then. I was bracing to hear the bad news about a spot that wouldnt heal on my big ole mug. Spoiler its good news When I heard from a client that she recommended his superb care to her friends and sees him for preventive care I sure was happy Id made my appointment with him Dr. Bhatnagar is a caring skilled knowledgeable physician who took thorough note of my history with acne and more did the exam while listening to my story multitask multitask and then of course took the appropriate action. I was over the moon with happiness that we resolved all my concerns. Will continue to practice my very conservative vampire techniques of basically staying out of the sun wearing sunblock covering up and checking any spots that seem iffy. Today we froze the precancerous little spot and now I feel spiffy Thank you Dr. Bhatnagar youre the best

Dr. Bhatnagar is excellent! I switched to Dr. Bhatnagar when I wanted to find a highly competent dermatologist closer to my home than my former doc in Menlo Park. I had a melanoma removed last year, and now need someone to closely monitor my progress. I was very impressed with his knowledge (MD/PhD, no less), and the body check he gave me was much more thorough than the one my former doctor did.Throughout the appointment, Dr. B. was friendly and informative. He patiently answered my list of other, non-melanoma-related questions and didn't rush me at all. Also, after my appointment I had some trouble getting one of my prescriptions approved by my insurance company (I know, shocking). He made sure I got the approval I needed. Now that's going above and beyond.Very happy with my new doctor, and I also really like the PAMF/San Carlos offices.

Dr. Bhatnagar was really great. I highly recommend him. He was very friendly and listened carefully to my concerns. He took the time to examine the problem spot I was worried about and also examined other areas I was mildly concerned about. He was very thorough and took his time explaining things and assuring me about things I didn't need to worry about. And he was able to treat several areas right then and there.Also, the facility at the San Carlos location is wonderful. The parking was easy, the staff was courteous, and they were able to fit me in within an hour after I called to make an appointment! I didn't have to wait at all when I got there - they took me promptly at my scheduled time. And Dr. Bhatnagar did not make me feel rushed in any way. I highly recommend Dr. Bhatnagar and the San Carlos facility.

knows his field, however no friendly bedside manner fix the problem and move on Is there anything else I can help you with - no way I have patients waiting. Palo Alto Medical Center in San Carlos is a great facilityRajiv did a great job diagnosing the problem.
