We chose to visit this urgent care due to its proximity to our house. My son had developed croup and was not able to breathe. Unfortunately the staff including check in staff, nurse and doctor did not have any sense of urgency to take care of our 4 year son. We will definitely try another urgent care if needed.

Even though over 60% of the population is obese they only have one mri machine for high BMI people. And they can’t schedule maintenance. So if you’re fat your tumors get to grow for longer.

They took me in even though they were very busy. The woman at the front desk was very helpful in getting me to see a doctor. Francis and menija were great also

Called in late am due to pain and random bleeding. Was given a 12:20 pm appt, I arrived on time and got in at my appt time. CNA was professional and caring, doctor was equally so. She called up to the specialist and got me an appt right away. I have spent a lot of time in many different urgent cares when my children were young and this was by far the best urgent care experience I have had.

I set up an appointment at 6:20 pm. Early in the afternoon I received a call from urgent care that they could see me as soon as I could get there! I was only in the waiting room 4-5 minutes when I got called to come in. A nurse took my vitals and soon after Dr Bornstein came in to examine me for a second degree burn. He was very kind and explained the treatments and my home care. Everyone was very nice and professional. I was grateful that I decided to go to Urgent Care and would not hesitate to use them again if necessary.

I did not know about the appointment requirement, but when I told the registrar about my condition, she said she will notify one of the medical staff to see if they're available to take me in right away. It saved me several hours of wait (in a lot of pain), not to mention traveling back and forth. I'm sorry I didn't catch the registrar's name. The medical staff were all very kind and thorough, and made sure that I was comfortable with each process. Thank you so much to everyone who attended to treat me.
