I and my partner have been having our annual vision check ups with Tracy Philips for many years now...Dr. Philips and her staff are very professional , caring and courteous. We don't mind travelling 75 miles to receive their care. I would highly recommend Dr. Philips for your long-term vision care. Michael and Paul.

Amazing. I'm not super fond of getting my eyes checked, but Dr. Phillips made it a comfortable experience. The staff are friendly, professional, and really know their stuff! I'm recommending them to everyone!

I have been going to see Dr Ewers since I moved to the Bay Area, years now. Dr Tracy Phillips took over the practice and I saw her twice for my annual check up. She is as professional, and friendly. I am very pleased and satisfied, and the reception team are super nice too: Eileen and Emily.

Me and my wife have been with them now for 5 years. First with Dr. Ewers and in the last 3 years with Dr. Phillips [Dr. ewers retired]. We believe the Optometrist and her office manager are very professional but the best I can compliment is the totally personalized attention and service. They practically recognize my voice on the phone....Excellent all around with a flare of the good old days when a client was more than a credit card or check book holder...

I went to Dr. Phillips for an eye exam and a new pair of glasses. Dr. Phillips and the whole staff were friendly and professional.

HORRIBLE! Rude staff and not helpful. Called to cancel an appointment thru their message service. The next day I get a voicemail saying because no call no show I get charged another $50.

Dr. Phillips was a good doctor and provided me a decent visit. But her staff member, I believe to be her medical assistant had a bad attitude and just gave me a bad vibe. She looked somewhat mean too. I would go back again if the staff didn't provide poor service. She gave me an impression that she hated her job.
