Kind, efficient and people-oriented. Very practical, doesn't push surgery on people like many physicians have been know to do. My wife thinks he is the greatest, and as a retired MD, I have to agree with her. If I ever need orthopedic services, he will be my first call.

INSURANCE FRAUD!!! Check you bills, Dr. Franklin charged our insurance for X-Rays when in fact he never took any. He billed our insurance for services never rendered. Then the balance that insurance didn't pay for X-Rays in which he charged. 3 years later he sent us to collections over $60 balance that insurance didn't pay. The fact that this Doctor would charge our insurance for false charges is sad and disgusting. Usually I would never check our charges, but in this case he got caught, he also won't answer our calls or even give as a call back. No wonder insurance rates are so high! Good Luck...Pay Cash with this guy!

Dr. Adam Franklin took excellent care for my fractured ankle & was extremely concerned for my swollen calve muscle thinking I might also have a blood clot! Dr. Franklin moved quickly to schedule a ultrasound to determine if there were any clots present? Thank God there weren't and then scheduled me for immediate foot/ankle surgery due to my extensive injury. I'm very thankful to him & Dr. Tocci for taking great care of me & my injury and would highly recommend him as an experienced and excellent Dr. to all others. Thanks again Dr. Franklin for taking care if this retired firefighter!

Dr. Franklin preformed a difficult surgery on my wrist. I am still recovering and he has been very professional and always available. Lastly, he has a calming demeanor and a great staff backing him up.

Dr. Franklin is very competent, caring and compassionate . He works his schedule around to accommodate his patients. I've never experienced that before. He calls. He cares. I had finger surgery. I consulted with three doctors. I knew when I met Dr. Franklin with his friendly, comforting demeanor that I found my doctor. I would recommend him without hesitation. Everything from my initial appointment through the surgery and then the post-op appointment went smoothly and efficiently.

My wife broke her wrist and we were able to squeeze in an appointment with Dr. Franklin the same day, although Dr. Franklin only worked in that office half a day that day. He added next day early morning (7:00am) surgery for my wife and it went well. Since we have an upcoming trip in about 20 days, Dr. Franklin again arranged early morning surgery follow up appoint before our trip. You can tell the Dr. Franklin really cares about his patients.

Dr Franklin has been a savior in my case. His performance and care in my shoulder replacement has been nothing short of miraculous. Due to his procedure I’m back to a very active lifestyle after only 11 weeks.
