I've been part of this practice for two years. I can say it's the worst Health care I've ever had. The pa and nurse completely dropped the ball on a return call informing me of where by blood labs had been send. After and hour of being on hold and calling multiple times. I was able to reach a woman Annai would was able to swiftly hep. So the one star goes to her.

Calling this place is a nightmare. Scheduling appointments are extremely difficult. They will pass you around to automated voicemails only to be disconnected after 5-10 mins of waiting. Not to mention if you do get a hold of them, they are often rude.

Dr. Gruber and staff are the absolute best. She is extremely patient and just a kind doctor in general.Some of these reviews are probably fake by looking at them. One person is correct they are sometimes hard to reach by phone but you can email them through the portal and normally they or Dr. Gruber will answer you on there or call you directly within 24 hours.If it is an emergency call 911 like a 5 year old child is taught in school.Again, Dr. Gruber and staff are the absolute best.

I love that this place takes my insurance and the co-pays are so low! I was going to another dentist by San Clemente Hospital, with or without insurance - the rate continued to climb! But I love this place and dentist Dr. Mike and for that matter the non-dentist doctors also. Very clean, professional and very up-front honest with what it costs when you bring your insurance in-person. I highly recommend this facility for any family on a budget.
