Great staff, it’s a small client treatment facility, that is what I needed at the time. I only gave 4 stars because I believe the workout equipment was outdated and minimal. Other than that I thought it was great.

Excellent location relaxing experience. Staff was phenomenal! Food sucked!! I ordered a lot of Door Dash. LOL. The accommodations were out of this world. I was only there for 14 days and that wasn’t near long enough. I highly recommend Chapters for anyone. I’m not a big fan of “group” therapy, but they do have a great program. Should have more one on one therapy so it’s more individualized. If need be, I’d go back.

My experience was a very fulfilling, fantastic one. I learned so much in the awesome therapy sessions both private & group in one month. All the staff were amazing. The self care we got was much needed & appreciated. One month felt like one week, it went by so fast. I’m very thankful for such an awesome experience, I’ve learned & grown so much I feel like a new person. Thank you Charters Capistrano (Laquesta). Only one complaint, the food from the catering company needs a lot of improvement!! Everything was way over cooked, very dry meat, poor variety of foods!

Beyond the beautiful house (pool house) was the staff. So wonderful to meet caring and empathetic people the did so much in a short amount of time to start me on my road to recovery! Could not have been in a more peaceful and positive place!

Therapists are young and just graduated...no life experience to even help people to cope through live skills and the director Is rude and no hope to even speak with and they doubt in a person's recovery. Detox portion was good because it gave a quite place to detox other then that it's a money grab.

I went there 8 years ago and my life changed been clean since would love to go back and show my appreciation and give back hope most likely new staff but the gift off giving to give someone else hope would be amazing

Chief Dr Lucky helped me to cure my HIV. My doctor discovered that I was HIV positive. I was so devastated we tried to look for a solution. One day i went out for a shopping i meet an old friend of my he introduced me to Chief Dr Lucky a online herbalist i did not believed him but he told me every thing we be fine i believed him.
