I like the doctors but I always have to wait forever. It takes far too long. I can't justify waiting 1.5 hours just to see the doctor. Prepare to spend a lot of time.

Dr Teymoorian is awesome. Cataract surgery was perfect with 20/20 distance vision the very next day after surgery. No pain. FabulousAlso, the staff is always friendly and helpful

The doctors here make this place awesome. I've had cataract and eyelid surgery here and have been so impressed with my doctors. Dr. Kersten did everything to make sure I was happy with my cataract surgery results.  I see so well now! What a difference. Dr. Jacobs did my eyelid surgery and I'd recommend him to everyone.  He took all the time needed to answer questions and make sure I knew what was involved.  He's wonderful. All the staff that set up surgeries and run tests are really so professional and kind. Reception staff in Laguna Hills are top notch too. Wait times are sometimes frustrating but all in all I'm so happy I chose Harvard Eye.

I was apprehensive about getting cataract surgery, which is normal.  I can't say enough about Dr. Edward Kim and his staff.  Everyone was professional and friendly, and put me at ease.  The surgery itself is nothing to be afraid of.  Under "Twilight", you are completely relaxed and the procedure seems pretty quick.  I experienced absolutely no pain whatsoever, during or after surgery.  My vision was improved immediately.  I could tell, even while looking through the plastic shield they placed on my eye for protection, that my vision was clear.  This is one of the best things I've ever done for myself.  You really don't know what you're missing before having it done.  The colors are true, now.  My vision is so much better!  No more looking through dingy lenses!  Thank you, Dr. Kim!  You're the BEST!!!

I had cataract surger, Dr. Kersten performed my surgery and I couldn't be happier. I was terrified and Harvard staff, were very supportive and professional. Dr. Kersten did a fabulous job and I had no issues or pain and discomfort. Highly recommend.

I had Cataract surgery last October 2020. It was a wonderfully SAFE experience. It was performed by Dr. Teymoorian at the Alicia Surgery Center. I checked in at my appt time & 45 minutes later I was on my way home! I was well cared for and witnessed first hand all the SAFETY steps they have in place for your protection. Please don't let the fear of COVID-19 keep you from seeing clearly. Go for it! You'll be glad you did!

Such poor customer service here. I'm only giving two stars for the doctor because she was actually nice. The assistant and front desk lady i encountered with today both made me feel so stupid and crappy about myself for their own mishaps/miscommunications with other people at Harvard. I asked to make an appointment and was charged today for another appointment I didn't even make, and no one seemed to even care to make it right. Don't think I'll be coming back here, the patient should never have to feel wrong for something they didn't do!

Dr. Kim did my cataract surgery today, from the 1st visit, testing, to meeting with Amy the surgery coordinator, the experience has been great!

Too much shuffling around of patients during covid, both at the Laguna Hills and San Clemente. My very first appointment with Harvard Eye, I was at the Laguna Hills office for almost 2 hours. I must of went into 3 different rooms and saw 4 different people at the Laguna Hills office and 2 different rooms and 4 different people at the San Clemente oneLuckily, I love my contacts
