I have been a patient of Dr. Sperber for several years now. I really appreciate the time he spends with me during each appointment to make sure my health issues are addressed. Dr Sperber is knowledgeable, kind, supportive, and helpful and I sincerely trust his judgment when it comes to his recommendations for my medical care. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Sperber as my Primary Care Physician.
Very helpful with getting to the bottom of diagnosis with injury. Grateful for the services at this facility and their assistance with recovery.
Dr. Sperber is knowledgeable and thorough. He's also friendly and caring. The patient is able to send messages/questions directly to the doctor with Memorial Care's system as well as view past appointment, test results, records, etc. In my experience Dr. Sperber is very quick and willing to respond to any questions, and follows up on your particular needs, such as with prescriptions. His nurse and the office staff are very nice and efficient, and the office itself is very nice.
It is very sad that I have to give such a poor review. I have been going to see Dr Pred M. for a couple years and have always had a very good experience. So today I had an appointment for a follow up after being in the hospital for a few days with an infection. Prior to the appointment I was told over the phone to bring $70 for a co payment. (Side note my insurance has not changed for over 6 years) Once I arrived I was asked for my insurance card and I provided it. I was then told that they don't take my insurance anymore. Ok, so then I said I would pay out of pocket. To that I was told that I can't and that I would need to find another Dr. I am very disappointed in the way the front office handles business. Needless to say I will definitely be finding a different Dr and I hope that everyone else that comes here is able to have a much better experience!
Saw the Dr for the first time. He seemed nice, ordered an MRI and asked that I come back in 2 weeks for a follow up. The office said they couldn't get me in for 2 months. What's the point of even going when they can't schedule a follow up. Really poor patient care
I wish i could give less thanone star. The front office is the most unprofessional and untrained people i have ever come across. I wanted an appt with Dr Patel for a neurological issue. I was told i needed a referral from my doctor faxed to then, which she did right away. 4 days go by and no word, so i called and was continually sent to voice mail with no response. I went to the office and they told me they never received it, so i had my doctor refax it. another 2 days and no response. i went back to the office again and was told they just throw referral faxes away if they dont recognize it?! I told them im having it refaxed in one hour and please dont throw it away. i went back a third time and the person who does the referral was actually in the office, so i spoke to her, she still did not have the fax! She said she would call my doctor and get it that way. The next day i got a call from her saying she cant give me an appt because the referral was for UROLOGY! by this time i am really losing it. My doctor, bless her heart, called them personally and explained i wanted to see a NEUROLOGIST. And today i got a voicemail from them explaining they now need a referral from my OPTHAMOLOGIST!! I dont know about the other memorial care offices but do not go to the San Clemente office unless you want to have a heart attack dealing with low IQ people who clearly dont care.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
