Philip Radovic's Online Review Report Card

First of all, Tracy is the most wonderful receptionist ever and she is also very informative and gives the best phone! Lol. I came in today at 10:30 am and had to wait a little for Dr Radovic but it was so worth it. He is kind and caring, knowledgeable and thorough in his diagnosis of my neuroma. I was brave and let him give me a shot of cortisone. It wasn't that bad even though I'm terrified of needles. I didn't look. Lol. Bought some supportive orthotics and was out the door in under an hour!! I came back 5 days later because my foot still hurts and he was happy to check it and tell my it's not infected.

I was referred to Dr. Radovich by my step-father...so glad he did. He diagnosed my pain issues and then my foot surgery to remove a bursa and bunion went great. He has a very nice bed-side manner, and the nurses are great too. I always come back to see him when i am visiting CA even though I live in Virginia now! I also referred Dr. Radovich to one of my friends who had been having some issues for quite some time that other Dr's were not able to fix. Dr. Radovich took care of her and she is like new. Definitely would recommend.

Dr and staff were awesome! They saw my teen for a serious foot medical problem quickly and effectively. Super grateful given the stressful situation that day. Thank you!! This is the second family member you have helped, we are big fans :-)

So grateful for Dr. Philip Radovic and his amazing team! They were able to thankfully fit me in the same day. They took excellent care of me!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Minimal wait time. The Dr took X-rays, discussed my problems and different solutions. I loved that he didn’t just say “you need immediate surgery”, even though that would be ideal. Wish I had come here sooner!!

I called this office to have my daughter’s ingrown toenail addressed. When I phoned, I asked if the Dr. did ingrown toenail repair. His staff member said “well, there isn’t any repair, there is removal....” and LAUGHED at me. Besides being incredibly rude and condescending, when I told her that laughing at me wasn’t necessary, she said OK! And HUNG UP ON ME!!! Terrible representation of the office and zero professionalism. If you call here, be sure to use the proper word, because apparently I didnt, and Im an RN!

I called to schedule an evaluation for my son to have his foot looked at. Before I could even tell the receptionist / Gatekeeper to find out what he needed. She asked what kind of insurance my son has. Unfortunately he has Medi cal. They dont take medi cal. So I asked what the cost would be just to look and give an evaluation. At the top of her head she said $250 for new patients. Just to give an evaluation for 15 minutes. That's 4 x the late of a top knoch Lawyer. This is whats wrong with the healthcare system and doctors like this. Please do not give your money and put your care in this practice. This is your typical money grubbing doctors office that does not care about people. Just MONEY. I told her I was willing to pay what ever it would take for any procedure. But it was the fact they have absolutely no empathy for someone ailing and needing help. They probably would have received plenty of money. Cash with no insurance red tape. Shame on this practice. I am truly disgusted in these type of Medical practices.

I had a minor foot issue. From the initial consult, to follow ups, and the procedure, he and his staff were kind, caring and professional. Both my wife and I have had procedures with him and his office and recommend them highly.
