List of Providence Health & Services's Reviews
We moved to the San Clemente area about five years ago and had to find a new medical group and services. Mission Heritage Medical Group in San Clemente has surpassed my expectations. In particular, Kelly Fee, P.A., is exceptional and has taken good care of me. I'm able to get appointments when I need them, the staff is helpful, and I feel like they know me (and care about me).
Saw the PA FOR REXINGER as a new patient to the Group and she was thorough, personable and informative at my level-not lofty medical-speak. I have only good things to say including about the friendly front office staff.
My family and i have been going to Dr. Rexinger for years. He is one of the best primary physicians in the area.
I would advise anyone trying to get these people to see you to try somewhere else. Their scheduling staff borders on incompetent. I have tried for months to get in to see Dr. Kruse, and he is virtually impossible to schedule an appointment with. I had to miss a scheduled appointment, so I asked for a reschedule and was told I could get in 2 months after the original appointment. When I called to confirm the appointment, I was told no appointment was made. Just awful service!
Horrible. Dr Garner is cold Dr who has zero patient skills. She hardly looks up from her computer while asking you medical history information that was very clearly outlined by the patient in medical history paperwork. Don’t recommend her. Would never go back

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
