I have been going to Dr. Cullen for many years. He is the most caring doctor ever. He takes the time to listen, answer and explain all medical questions. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

This guy is a total CROOK!! I had a total knee replacement surgery 12/2015 at San Clemente hospital and he was the ONLY hospitalist on call. I received a bill for $2400 from Dr. Cullen in August of 2016!!! Turns out he is our of network and by me receiving the bill in August of 2016 I was out of the 180 day repeal for my insurance company and he is still harassing me for money! He did NOTHING but walk in my room and chit chat for 5 minutes!!!!! BEWARE this doctor!!!! Total Crook!

Dr. Cullen's staff (specifically Tasha) has been a nightmare to work with. Billed us incorrectly and is unwilling to fix the problem after numerous contacts. Very rude and obnoxious.
