Gave me lots of time non rushed appointment. Talked to me as equal and not as know it all like some doctors. Very nice man. Listen to my concerns and asked lots of questions. He ordered tests right away. Very impressed with him. I spent 3 weeks in intensive care before being sent to see him. I feel relieved that he will try to help me and cure me along with all my other Memorial Care specialists.

Dr. Tian is a very knowledgeable neurologist, he is prompt to diagnose about my sciatic nerve pain. As he said, he sees many patients having this condition every day, and therefore, he ordered right away a XRL-spine complete X-ray as well as physical therapy for me. He is also able to key in computer information about my visit, without relying on medical assistant to do the computer work! I like to see a computer savvy physician like that.

I had a great experience while attending my Neurology Doctor's appointment at MCMG - Irvine Barranca Ste 200 with Doctor Tien. The whole staff, as well as Dr. Tien, were courteous, caring, and professional with their work. Dr. Tien delivered exactly what I needed! Needless to say, I am highly satisfied with the visit!

Dr. Tian took time to perform the physical tests and asked me the conditions how the numbness and tingling progressing. He ordered blood lab and X-Ray to further evaluate my issues.

I was a patient of Dr. Tiang,Very friendly every time he will walk in to my room he was cheerful always greeting us like if we were family he makes you feel important. I recommend him because he listens to your concerns when i was under his care I was free of seizures.
