It was my first time here and the staff is so nice. The Dr is so patient and she listens without rushing you trying to get you out. There's nothing like going to a Drs office and everyone having good customer service.

They were completely unprepared for my visit. After I sat in the exam room for 15 minutes, the PA came in and said that her charts weren't filled. This was supposed to be a follow up for a specific issue plus a full annual exam. She said that they were short staffed. They had no nitrogen available to freeze lesions. She then offered to cancel this appointment and reschedule after another month. Think I'm done with this office. I drive 45 minutes to get here.
