Absolutely phenomenal facial from Bill. My mom (who is a regular client) purchased a 1 hour facial for me for my birthday. I've only had 1 facial in my life so I wasn't sure what to expect. This was beyond my wildest expectations! Such a serene setting with the beautiful piano music playing. All of the "scents" of the products from almond to cucumber, grapefruit to orange and so much more, were just exquisite! Hot towels, cold towels, at least 8 different "mini session" facials and the massage that's done throughout was just sublime. Absolutely worth every penny!

Haven't been waxed in decades. I used to go to Bill years ago when I was younger. I recently moved out of town so I wanted to be fresh in a new town. I still come down to San Diego a couple times a month so I hit up Bill by email to see if he was open and was happy he was still in business. So I scheduled an appointment and requested the Zillian. Love the new location. Bill is very professional and efficient. I was done with my Zillian within 20 minutes.

Wow, what an amazing experience! I'd never had a facial before so I was a true virgin to the experience. And now I think I'm hooked. Oh so relaxing! Cleansing, exfoliating, moisturizing, massage......Mmm....I would highly recommend About Face. Everyone deserves to treat themselves--what a great relief from the normal daily stress.
