Please don’t make the same mistake as I did. I didn’t think that such a horribly unethical company would exist in this field. Read what your signing, especially if you really need this service to help you provide for your family. They will do what they want when they want. Just read the Parent ABA contract, which they make you sign. Your worst nightmares are just beginning with this company. They have 3 days to respond to a situation that could be causing your child harm and up to 10 days for concerns that don’t harm you child (It’s located on the bottom of page 1). If you take action into your own hands and ask them not come back, you will be given 30 days notice of cancelation. If you tell them you don’t want someone in your home, to bad, they will do what they want, because they can, and they know how hard it is to switch companies. One of my RBT’s called in sick at least once every week and sometimes for weeks on end for months before I had him replaced (I believe he was an alcholic and he told me he was a recovering drug addict). Thank god I didn’t have a job that depended on them actually showing up. That wasn’t the worst part, because that’s really not something they can control other than allowing him to take off whenever he wanted. The worst part is when they sent in RBTs who made my son cry hysterically and they refused to teach him anything and only wanted to watch TV or talk about themselves. When I finally said (to the RBT) I had enough, I need to do what’s best for my family, please don’t come back. They claimed I harrased the RBT and they needed to cancel my service. I harassed them because I talked to them directly. You are not allowed to talk to them, that’s in the contract too! No text, no conversations, all comunication is suppose to be through the supervisor. I can’t tell you how many times I cried and how hopeless I felt, please don’t make the same mistake as me.

I started ABA therapy for my son with ABS when he was 4 years old. At 11 years old my son was having extreme behavior issues and they basically dropped us as clients telling us his behaviors were too big for them to handle. When we switched companies our new team was shocked at the things that were simply missing from his behavior plan for YEARS. I think they probably are ok with higher functioning children but if your child is lower functioning I would stay far far away.

We do not recommend this company to anyone for services or for employment.

Very disappointed that ABS is dropping Speech and Occupational Therapy in a few short weeks. Coordination and continuity of care were supposed benefits of ABS. Unfortunately, simplicity and streamlining are now outweighing what’s best for our kids. Consistency is important for these kids—too bad consistency isn’t important to ABS. Already finding it nearly impossible to get Speech & OT from other service providers unless receiving ABA services too—ironic 😕

I want to say how disappointed I am with the choice your company has made to no longer offer Speech and OT. Our kids on the spectrum need these services and it has been so beneficial to the overall progress my son and I'm sure other children have made. And to let us know by email I feel was a back handed blow, especially to those of us that have been with your agency from the start of our kids journey. Two whole months you've given me to find people to replace the specialists he has had in his life for years. I feel so betrayed. And if I didn't have such a vested interested in the team of therapists my son has for his ABA I would be on the hunt for another agency to do all of his services.

I adore ABS! My daughter has grown in leaps and bounds, and I know the help from her team is an enormous part of that! Rayl is Amazing, to say the least... And her entire team cares so much and with every advancement she makes, they all show such excitement.... it helps me to know that they truly care about her progress. Not To mention that she loves each of them SO much! I couldn't have gotten a better team for my little peanut! Thank you all SO much, you know who you are ��
