Dr. Keloha was amazing! She's a wealth of knowledge; we had her note by the end of the day for our sons school and it was so detailed oriented. She said we can reach out to her anytime for questions. We also are doing ABA for our son. To any one on the fence TRY ABA! My son has THRIVED; I remember reading reviews and peoples experience I was so worried. I told myself the worst case scenario is he'd stay nonverbal. The best is he'd be verbal, what do I have to loose. So we went all in 35 hours a week. My son went from less than 10 word vocabulary to forming two word sentences. He's only had 4 months of therapy. He has good days and bad days but bad days are more manageable now. We LOVE our team!! Our team is so patient and kind. My husband & I along with our family have implemented everything we are instructed to do. It has helped his behavior, meltdowns have decreased. Truly so grateful! ** We do in home therapy **

This agency is all about the INSURANCE AND THE MONEY & NOT about what is right for the child. Do NOT put your child with this agency! They only care about the bottom dollar, not the client!  My nephew, who is autistic, did ABA therapy with them for a few years, then they abruptly cut him off and told him to go find another agency because the family could not afford to schedule additional therapy days. He was already doing therapy 3 days a week, and they wanted to littery FORCE him into 5 days a week, but the family could not afford the co-pay.The in-home therapists are brand new & lack experience dealing with autistic children, and the managers could care less. Do yourself a favor & find a different agency that actually cares about the child and not the MONEY they can bill the insurance company.

Got an psychological evaluation done for my 7 yr old with clinical psy  Kaleoha and she was amazing. The report was done in about a week. Very detailed and explained next steps to be taken. We used medi cal and no problems at all with billing.

If your insurance sends you here for services, refuse! Their billing details is the WORST! We just received a bill from them for 2018! We paid them thousands and are still fighting with them . They will overcharge your insurance and you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!

I would not recommend if you are going to be needing any sort of assistance with paperwork.I was referred by my psychiatrist at the time for a diagnostic evaluation done with Dr. Young in 2018/2019. That process went ok, and I had my written results within a couple of weeks. Dr. Young told me she'd be there however she could to help me connect with support as I adjusted to my new diagnosis.In November of 2019, I was struggling at work at Dr.Young filled out my disability accommodations form without issue, facilitated by Synthia.In March 2020, my accommodations at work were not being followed consistently and my therapist and I felt I may need to take some leave from work at some point in the near future. In order to qualify for CA State Disability during the leave from work, I would need a Clinical Psychologist or similar level doctor to fill out the form. Being proactive, I reached out to Synthia at Dr Young's office again, and she facilitated a phone call between Dr. Young and my therapist. During this time Dr. Young agreed to fill out the forms whenever I had reached the point of needing leave. In Mid-June 2020, I reached out to Synthia at the office again to say I was still trying to make it work at work, but I knew it was inevitable I'd need to take leave at some point in the year. I wanted to make sure I had a Clinical Psychologist in place to sign the papers when it came time, so wanted to double check that Dr. Young was still willing to sign the forms. I asked if they wanted me to make an appointment with Dr. Young, so I could speak with her about my situation. Synthia responded saying that Dr. Young was still willing to fill the forms out, to just send them over whenever I was ready.In August of 2020, I needed to take leave and sent an email to Synthia with my forms. She said she'd pass them along the Dr. Young to sign. After a week and a half, I reached out again twice to check on the forms. And Synthia responded that Dr. Young was not going to sign the forms because I am not a current patient and they are not accepting patients currently. So now I am out of work (because I legitimately cannot function at work), but have no ability to apply for short disability insurance, because I do not have anyone to fill the forms out. Doctors won't because they aren't mental health specialists and Clinical Psychologist and Psychiatrists I've reached out to are all booked. Instead of being able to spend this time out of work to address the initial reasons for my mental health crisis, I am having to spend it trying to work through the trauma of a mental health professional agreeing over and over to help, and then turning me away at my moment of greatest need. I'm not sure if this is an issue with ABS, Synthia, or Dr. Young- or if there was a communication breakdown along the way. I have my emails, I've re-read them a million times trying to see if I misunderstood, but it's all right there as I've explained it here. Moral of the story, don't come here if you are needing to rely on them for any sort of paperwork, as you they may turn you away when you need it the most.
