My mother was a resident of ActivCare 4S Ranch for 4+ years until she passed last week. Our entire family is so grateful for the care and attention she received. In addition to dementia, she had care requirements that presented more than the usual challenges and they were attended to beautifully. I have to say, even during a worldwide pandemic, we felt mom was in good hands. The staff was kind and loving. The communication was frequent and transparent. Everyone - from the front desk to the nursing team, hands-on care givers, bookkeeper, housekeeping, facilities person and leadership team felt like family to us. They went over and above with professionalism and kindness; taking a thoughtful approach to creating a solution for her daily life and family interactions that helped make the slow progression of dementia that much easier to bear. Thanks to all of them for being our care giving heroes.

My father was moved in after his demntia diagnosis. He has done very well there, almost 4 years now. The care givers have been outstanding, many have been there since dad moved in there, they have gotten to know him and that says a lot for the organization. We couldn't be happier with the care and comfort he has recieved.

Dementia is a very difficult and emotionally draining disease, but the amazing staff and structure at ActivCare facilities are superb. I had a family member live at a different ActivCare location. The dedicated and loving staff became part of our family. If you are considering placing a family member or loved one, look no further. Thank you ActivCare for all the support you gave us and congratulations on your new location.
