02/27/2025 10:30 am First of all, I give one star. The doctor who saw my mom, Dr. Brandy Brown, was very nice, attentive, and professional shoutout to her for being so kind. However, I'm giving one star because of the two ladies at the front desk. They have an attitude, and this is the second time they've treated us this way. When we asked them something, they rolled their eyes, making it seem like they didn't want to work. Because of this, my mom was scared to ask them a question. As a receptionist or anyone working in a healthcare setting you should be patient with patients because you never know what they are going through. To the ladies at the front desk, please be nicer next time. if you guys don't want to work stay home ladies.

The Dr. Did a great job for the acupuncture. But the insurance was misleading. Mine says acupuncture is covered but I still paid 80$ per session which I think is still to expensive. Unfortunately it dodged my issues so no pain relief.

I have just started (2nd visit) for back pain from a knee replacement. Having used acupuncture before, I am very happy with the relief I am experiencing. Thank you Dr Brandy Brown!

Long overdue. Shout out to Dr Brandy and all the staff. Excellent experienced. 10 ✨ out of 5 .The atmosphere was calming, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the acupuncture session left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommended.

I was refer to this office to do acupuncture.... This is my second experience with acupuncture but first with Dr Brandy... DR BRANDY is amazing... she listens n try to help you to process the healings faster..... supper friendly staffs .... Very clean

I have been coming here for years now. Dr Brandy Brown is absolutely amazing, I have nothing negative to say about her at all. She was referred to me after a very bad car accident and I had lost hope in healing and she was the key to my healing! She has great hours, which are perfect for my 9-5pm schedule and she has been nothing but amazing and every time I call to change my appointment the office has been very accommodating.
