This man saved my wife’s life, he was 100% there for us in our darkest hour. I can’t say enough good things about him, so let me say he has a higher calling. We will forever be grateful to him and our Dr.s and nurses.

Dr. Afshin Bahardor is attentive, responsive with bedside manors. I was diagnosed with Endometriosis Uterus cancer in July 2022. Thank goodness my wonderful OBGYN (Dr. Daniele Meshkat) who happens to be a co-worker with Dr. Bahador, she found my cancer and was was able to recommend me to Dr. Asfshin Bahador. He was able to get me in pretty quickly, and schedule a total Hysterectomy. Caught the cancer before it spread, however still need chemo due to fast growing. I truly, trust his opinion and know I am in the best hands in the San Diego area. Dr Afshin has been through this cancer journey with me every step of the way along with team is who outstanding. I have always been healthy and did not have any idea where to begin with this new journey. Fortunately, Dr. Bahador's team stepped in and has educated me step by step along the way. I adore this team, and really have peace of mind that I will recover 100%. He also, has a chemo nurse (Melissa) who is dedicated to 4/patients at a time and so much more intimate than a hospital setting. Grateful for her expertise, she is hands on with all the questions. Dr. Bahardor has very high regard in the medical field makes his patients feel like they are the only patient he has. His positive attitude and heartfelt kindness is so special that you cannot help but have no fear and adore seeing him. Highly recommend this team for anyone who may have too go through this journey you will be very comfortable. Thank you Team Bahador! Nancy

RUDE! The staff is flat out rude. The DR. is in a rush. When you dispute paperwork he becomes even more rude and with an attitude "what's the problem?" and I quote. The attendant can't even put in a mailing address correctly. After further digging into this doctors history I found the reason why they make you sign an arbitration agreement before you even see the guy for the 1st time. I recommend you ...

Worst doctors experience ever... was ask why am I even here and ask to leave ... knowing that surgery is required... I would highly recommend that you seek another dr I would have had I seen he low ratings... poor excuse for a specialty doctor.

Dr.Bahador is not only an amazing doctor, but a kind man. I had read other reviews about him online, and was nervous to meet him, but throughout my whole journey he has been wonderful!! I wish he could be my doctor for everything.

I have been seeing Dr Bahador for my Uterus Hyperplasia problem .Being an oncologist he never took my case seriously . He denied doing my hysteroscopy saying I should get it done by gynaec when that was his responsibilty as I am patient of hyperplasia and should be monitored closely by oncologist as my gynae referred .But he refused and keep sending me back saying I am fine . In my recent checkup with gynae I got very bad results in biopsy and it could have been surely avoided if Dr bahador took me seriously and not sending me back over and over again saying I am in good health . Behavioural aspect He is very rude and insulting .In my last appointment yesterday I started crying as he made me feel that I am wasting his time .He suggested me surgery and I was asking some questions around options which any normal patient would do .But he took that as an offense and told me go see some other doctor .He really need to work on his patient doctor relationship . My appointment ended in 10 mins and he just dnt want to explain anything rather imposing his decision with extreme insulting manner . If some one read this review from his office PLEASE SEND HIM TO PATIENT DOCTOR COUNSELLING . He is horrible and can send you in self pity that you are sick .

Dr. Bahador did an excellent job evaluating my mom's growth, explaining the options, supporting a second opinion (which came back identical), and most importantly - doing the laparoscopic surgery. Mom had minimal pain. The nurses did an excellent job explaining the surgery as well as follow-up care. Highly recommended.

Dr. Bahador was fantastic. My mother had a problem with her Fallopian tube. He recommended either leaving it in (and doing a scan every 6 months), removing it, or doing a complete hysterectomy. We opted for the latter. We sought a 2nd opinion at Scripps and got the exact same guidance. My mom went through surgery with flying colors and we could not be happier with Dr. Bahador's bedside manner - or more importantly - his surgical recommendations and skills. Thanks Dr. B!
