Excellent care in a lovely setting. Always 5 Star service

Janet is the most amazing pro at filler. She knows how to get rid of the sunken in lines around the jawline and nasolabial area. She sprinkles the filler evenly to make the lines and sags gone without it being super obvious that I had work done! Everyone asks what I did to look so youthful at 50! And as for lips - she is the best! She is better than any cosmetic surgeon I've used for filler and it lasts much longer than anywhere other place I've used. I've gone 18 months with lasting results and only need a slight touch up when I return. So happy with the lasting results! And since I'm sensitive to Botox she knows how to use So much less so that I don't get the side effects of headache and droopy brows like I've had at other places. I can't say enough about how great she is at what she does! Thank you Janet

Either I didn’t get all the units I paid for or the Botox is diluted. Wish I had read the reviews about Janet before I went here. There is no way possible I got the Botox that I paid for. It’s two weeks later and the effects are minimal. It is not even close to the results I got at another provider about 6 months ago. And I paid for more units with Janet. Will not go back. Also, when you pay for services, they hand you the device so you can choose your tip amount like you’re at a taco shop or Starbucks. Are you seriously asking me to tip the nurse 20% of my bill? Are you high? Definitely not going back. Update: I got a bad feedback form letter! In other words, they get so much negative feedback, they created a form letter to respond to it all because addressing each individual one would be too much work.

This business went above and beyond to help me correct a mistake I made. They were understanding and the customer service was great. I have had filler and ipl's done at this business and I recommend both treatments. Janet's skills injecting filler were great and the procedure was more comfortable with her. She is knowledgeable and personable. I recommend giving this business a try.

I just love Janet. She is the sweetest human. I feel like she’s somebody in the beauty industry because she wants you to find your beauty to make you feel good and not because it’s about money for her. she is genuinely happy when she knows that you’re happy with the results. I’ve never felt rushed. She always listens to me and she remembers my story. That’s not always easy to find when you’re just going to get some Botox. And to top off the fact that she is super sweet she does a great job with Botox And I always love my results and it’s painless.

I have gotten Botox done a few time by Janet at this spa prior to getting pregnant in early 2023. Took a break throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding. The day I stopped breastfeeding I called right away to get an appointment. Went in to see Janet who took it upon herself to comment on my weight twice. This really felt like she was trying to use my postpartum weight gain to sell me a service as she asked how many pounds I gained and said “I can help you with that”. I wish I would have walked out then but I was so excited to finally get Botox again. Janet then did my Botox and injected 10 more units than I had previously gotten in the past. I figured it was because it had been a while since my last service. Two weeks went by and I still had notable movement and wrinkles. It has now been only 2 months since my service and I feel as though all the effects have completely faded. I read another review that seemed to experience the same weak effect from their Botox. If you’re going to call someone fat at least give them good quality Botox!! Definitely noticed a decline in quality and will not be returning. TL;DR: Got called fat twice and the Botox was weak.

Have been here for a package of IPLs and feel like it's an incredible deal for the excellent service. I really appreciated the kind staff and calm vibe. Janet took wonderful care of me using ice as she went. She also explained what she was doing as she went and kept checking in with me. She was very gentle with me and I've had such great results with her. I can't wait to go back.
