Dr. Bier didn’t seem to believe that I had the condition I was seeing him for (he asked me to clarify 3 separate times). He did not listen to my concerns or make me feel heard at all. He did not offer any comfort with my symptoms and then told me to follow up in a year. Would not recommend him to friends or family.

Dr. Bier cared for a loved one for many years. My family member never really needed anything besides medication management and to monitor her heart status. After many years, my loved one had more serious issues and sought care from Dr. Bier. He did not explain anything, he did not care and his plan of care would have been lethal. We have, since, sought care elsewhere and we are so thankful. He did not display any knowledge and gave no options. Thank goodness, we got a second opinion.

Skilled physician with a bad bedside manner and no listening skills. He acts as if he is on an elevated level and patients and family are at a lower level. He states: I don’t have time for you, he actually said that! No doctor should ever say that. 0 stars for a caring or compassion.

Dr Bier is the BEST! He has taken care of my husband through cardiovascular disease + Triple bypass surgery. He really cares about his patients and their families. We would wholeheartedly recommend him. He communicates very well to his patients + is very thorough + is just a very nice guy
