Ali Bagheri's Online Review Report Card

I couldn’t walk without extreme pain when I finally decided to seek help. I kept thinking that I had pulled a muscle and the pain would just go away. I suffered for over a year. Dr. Bagheri performed surgery on my lower back at Scripps La Jolla in October. I woke up pain free. Three months later I am walking 2 miles a day, 4 days a week without any pain. I have my life back. Dr. Bagheri was wonderful! He didn’t rush my appointments as some doctors do. He sincerely listened to me. He was kind and most of all, he gave me the confidence to move forward. I highly recommend him and his kind staff.

I am completely satisfied with a surgery performed by Dr. Bagheri. Prior to Dr. Bagheri, I conducted some research in which I came out with the conclusion that Dr. Bagheri was the right surgeon for the job. Inconclusion, I would definably entrust any family member or friend who needs surgery to Dr. Bagheri.

Didn't seem to care about my case didn't give me any hope, was supposed to send me for an MRI never got the referral.

Dr. Ali Bagheri is a compassionate, caring doctor who fights for his patients to get the best care, and treats them as if they are family. Countless times I’ve seen him put his life on hold to do trauma surgeries late at night which could have been done in the morning, because that’s what he would do for his own family. Any of us would be so blessed to have him as a doctor in a time of need. You are truly something special.

I had a very successful surgery on my spinal stenosis with Dr. Ali Bagheri. Dr. Bagheri uses the minimally invasive technique which was very easy for me at my age 83. I was home from the hospital the same day and the recovery time was short.I previously saw another doctor who wanted to do a laminectomy which is a major surgery with a longer stay at the hospital and a longer recovery time. Two of my friends a laminectomies, both had problems.I researched and found Dr. Bagheri who does the minimally invasive technique for lumbar decompression. I had to wait awhile and change my insurance and finally had the surgery done. No more pain in the back of my legs.Dr. Bagheri is a skilled conscientious surgeon that I highly recommend.

AMAZING and wonderful doctor. SUPER honest; kind, has the latest information AND gave me hope. Others have said 'live with the lower back pain'; Dr. Bagheri suggested a facet joint injection. I am 71 but have the mind of a 61 year young woman; the key to life is never give up. Dr. Bagheri agrees. MANY thanks; and he has a wonderful team that return phone call.

I thank God for Dr. Bagheri and his beautiful assistant, anesthesiologist and all the people who registered me and escorted thru those white"heavenly" halls! From my first consultation with Dr. Ali Bagheri, I knew he was the spine surgeon meant to do my cervical stenosis surgery. It is 5.5 weeks post-surgery and I have truly experienced a REMARKABLE outcome from Dr Bagheri's surgery! It has been 5 months since my L4 L5 S1 Spinal fusion surgery by Dr Ali Bagheri and want to share my experience with you. After an accident and multiple falls I suffered over a period of almost 30 years, I was constantly in pain being treated with acupuncture, chiropractic care and medication until it was unbearable and nothing would make it better. I decided to search for a neurosurgeon for an answer ... I found Dr Bagheri and scheduled a visit. His professionalism and caring demeanor, convinced me that finally I was in the right hands; he clearly explained to me about my condition and that it would only be corrected with surgery but offered to look for other options..... I said GO AHEAD, I am convinced and want you to perform surgery.. believe me, I have no regrets and thank God for guiding me to him and I am most grateful to Dr Bagheri for giving my life back! The morning after surgery I stood up and walk without pain!!! the recovery has been wonderful and as of today, I have been living my life without pain and tell my husband that I’ve born again. After dealing with right leg and arm pain for over four months my primary set me up with Dr. Ali Bagheri who hands down is truly a gifted Orthopedic Spine Surgeon. One of his qualities, he listens, takes notes and asks brief/detail questions about your condition and the pain that's associated with it. He also talks straight with no sugar-coating. I like that in any doctor. After surgery on my lower back it was like a blessing from God, I had no pain. His office staff is wonderful only adding to the great care his services offers. I can't thank him enough.
