These guys are some of the slimey people on earth. Avoid going there. First off you dont get to reach the front desk people ever. The person booking the appointment has no clue. On day of appointments, expect cancellations and no treatments.
I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Reddy. He is very professional and he is a caring doctor. Very easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable. I needed an appointment ASAP and within a few days I was in the hospital for the producer I needed. I didn’t have money to pay for the medicine I needed for my treatment. Dr. Reddy gave me the medicine himself. I will never forget this. He is one of the best doctors I’ve been too.
Office staff is nice and very friendly. Office is clean and I didn’t not have to wait to be seen, the doctor was right on time. I do have to mention that the staff from the other doctor’s across from Dr. Reddy who both share the same waiting area are loud and very unprofessional. You can basically here everything thing that is going on in their lives. The conversations have nothing to do with work. This is beyond Dr. Reddy’s control. Overall I have a very positive experience.
This office was horrible at calling back. Left messages/voicemails for a week straight and still no callback. Dr. Reddy is ok with a non warm bed side manner. The girls that work the front are extremely rude and should be working in a prison and far away from being who need healthcare. If you like being angry and treated like garbage Dr. Reddy and his team are a perfect match for you. #neveragain
The absolute worst. The waiting room is like being in the middle of a flock of seagulls fighting over a piece of bread. The nurses and receptionists are so loud and indiscrete youll know all about their lives in 15 minutes of waiting. If you like daytime drama, this is your place. The office is dated, disorganized and thats reflected in their service. Doctor Reddy was ok, but mostly dismissive I felt like I was just another face. The biggest offense was when I made 3 trips to the pharmacy
Had a really frustrating experience trying to schedule an appointment. I probably called the office 15 times. My call was answered only once, and I was told Id be called back later. I wasnt. I left 4 voicemails over the course of 2 or 3 months. One was returned, and I was again told I would be called back, but wasnt. It seems like they dont do second opinions, but instead of telling me that and letting me move on, they kept ignoring my calls or pretending theyd call me back. Ugh.
when you want appointments its take along time and dont speak enough with Patient and give her medicine for urine infection but she Suffer from stomach condition h pylori and the insurance company molina health care reject his request for this medicine because this medicine is not recommanded for stomach condition . most of time i cant find seat in his office because office small .
