I've been seeing Dr A Reddy for quite a while now The office is very friendly and professional. They just seem very busy.

This office is a joke. I made an appointment that they completely forgot. I call, nobody ever answers, I leave messages they never return. Good luck dealing with these scam artists.

I am very disappointed in the lack of response from anyone in Dr Reddy's office. I have satisfactorily received 2 colonoscopies in years' past from him. In August I met with the Dr to schedule a new procedure. The prep medication was not prescribed to my pharmacy per discussion and documentation. When I called the office several times during bus. hours there was no answer. I left messages per instruction, several messages. I received no call back from the office. Nor have I the prep med for the upcoming procedure in 5 days. So I have cancelled my upcoming procedure otherwise I will get a bill for $100. All because the office of Dr Reddy did not order the prescription and did not call me when requested. Very disappointing.

A very professional and caring doctor. I have been a patient of Dr. Ananthram Reddy for many years and have found him to be a caring, genuine and professional Doctor. He is kind and through in both explaining what to expect and did so using language that I could understand. I HIGHLY recommend him!!

Very unprofessional conduct by the staff of dr reddy I requested to have three way video call because I'm unable to be with the patient at the time of the appointment and they said they can't do that Really??? With all the technology??? Now I have to find another GI Do your self a favor and go somewhere else They have been very hard to deal with from the beginning.

I have been going to Dr. Reddy for years and always say I going to write a comment about his service and never get around to it. It is always great to talk to the front office staff, who are professional and efficient. Something you don't get much of today dealing with Doctors offices. Great staff at the surgery center, procedure not so much fun, but not his fault. Follow-up visits always get a reminder call. Great job! Dr Reddy and staff, you guys get the meaning of customer service.

Called this doctor on a referral from my PCP. They would not see me nor did they take the time to listen. Terrible doctor, terrible office staff.

Ananthram Reddy is a fantastic GI doctor that I met with a preventative health procedure recently. He explained step by step everything to me about the process and drugs involved thoroughly ahead of time. After I heard this I thought to myself, Yes! I wanna be sedated!!! An absolute top level professional that was referred to me by my awesome primary doctor, Stephen Rohrer. His excellent attention to detail and mellow demeanor help make it comfortable to visit and, if necessary, undergo any gastrointestinal or colonoscopy procedures. I mean this guy is really chill. Believe me. So laid back. A cool cat that makes you feel like you've known him for years. But yes, he is a doctor!!! You want details just ask me directly when you see me. I can fully attest that you'd be hard pressed to fine a better doc for the snake camera abilities. Pink tunnel explorations at their best. One of the things that's funny is that he shares the place with a Dr. named Joseph Reddy, not related but have the same last name! Also a GI doc too. What? Yes! I could've chosen either but definitely glad I chose Ananthram!

These guys are some of the slimey people on earth. Avoid going there. First off you dont get to reach the front desk people ever. The person booking the appointment has no clue. On day of appointments, expect cancellations and no treatments.

Office staff is nice and very friendly. Office is clean and I didn’t not have to wait to be seen, the doctor was right on time. I do have to mention that the staff from the other doctor’s across from Dr. Reddy who both share the same waiting area are loud and very unprofessional. You can basically here everything thing that is going on in their lives. The conversations have nothing to do with work. This is beyond Dr. Reddy’s control. Overall I have a very positive experience.
