Annual eye exam. Dr. Cu and his entire staff are so patient, kind, and informative and I really appreciate their covid protocols, which protect everyone, especially the older and immune compromised individuals. Dr. Cu takes his time and explains everything that he is doing which really helps me to stay calm while procedures are taking place. There is a sense of serenity in the entire office which is quite rare!

Dr. Cu is a true professional! He takes the time needed to explain what he is doing and what is needed. I am post cataract surgery and very happy with what Dr. Cu was able to do for me. His care is extremely detailed as is the entire practice! Dr. Cu's staff are also an extension of his professional friendly manner. Michelle, Ansi and others are are very knowledgeable and so caring. If you would like a professional , pleasant experience trust in Dr. Cu.

Dr. Cu-Unjieng and his staff made me feel confident throughout my surgery process. Michelle, the office manager, was proficient, patient and flexible during all the visits. Amsi was clear and through with pre-op instructions. Dr. Cu-Unjieng is a skillful surgeon and a compassionate physician. He takes the time to listen and to explain, and thanks to his care and prescriptions my vision and quality of life are restored.

Dr. Cu is very thorough with his instructions and describing procedures. His two assistants, Amsi and Michelle, are amazing with their knowledge of the practice.

Dr. Cu performed cataract surgery on both eyes. I now have 20/20 vision in each eye and couldn't be happier with the results. Staff (Michelle, Ansi, Madeline, etal) are knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Cu and his office.

I have had an excellent outcome post cataract surgery. Always provides on-call MD availability should problems arise after hours. His office staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Have been a patient for the past few years of Dr. Cu. Just had my second cataract surgery done. Have always been very happy with the service provided by both he and his office staff (Michelle and others). Very professional and responsive.

The entire process, from 1 month prior to surgery to 1 month after surgery, was handled extremely well by his staff. Specials thanks to Michelle for being there when needed to answer questions and explain scheduling. The surgery itself was well explained and there were no surprises. Dr. Cu-Unjieng is awesome and has an amazing ability to ensure the best surgery outcome. He is very professional, kind, compassionate and a good listener. He has been my ophthalmologist for many years and will continue to be for many more years. I will not hesitate to highly recommend him to family and friends.

I’m writing on behalf of my mother because she didn’t want to have to go over her sad experience once again, but I will take the time to express how hurt and angry she was because nobody should ever be treated the way she was.treated. Least of all, from a doctor and a professional, who should always treat all his patients with respect and professionalism. She felt verbally abused when she asked, after waiting 2 hours for him, if it was going to take much longer for her check up. He immediately started screaming at her and pointing to the door saying that if she didn’t like it she should leave his office and go see another doctor, WHICH SHE WOULD HAVE, but because she was terrified and furious she stayed just to see what would happen next. He then proceeded to tell her he was sick of her complaints when she had not complained at all. She also heard him talk to his employees in a horrible way which doesn’t surprise us after the way he treated a 79 year old patient. Needless to say, she will never go back to that office again. He seemed to have lost all control of the situation and was talking nonsense about a lack of appreciation for his caring manner as a doctor and a human being! So much for his bedside manner!
