This past year I had a large Mohs surgery on my upper lip. Reconstructive surgery went wonderful. I am so pleased with the results and the care I received. Follow up with the Dr and staff has been tremendous.

Great doctor You can tell Dr Saap knows what he's doing. Skilled and knowledgeable. He did my septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and sinus clean out. Highly recommend.

I was fortunate enough to have been referred to Dr. Sapthavee by my Scripps Allergist during early 2024. I was sick and tired of Chronic Sinusitis and the inability to breathe through my nose. My first impression of Dr. Sapthavee was awesome. He patiently went over my cat scan results in detail and discussed what surgical options were available to me if I chose to go forward. He explained to me in detail why I wasn't able to breathe effectively and why I was probably having so many sinus infections year after year. It was his patience and understanding and his ability to answer my many questions that impressed me the most about this fine doctor. In May of 2024 I was operated on, and the results were fantastic. My post op care by Dr. Sapthavee and his fine nursing staff could not have been better. I highly recommend Dr. Sapthavee!!

Dr. Sapthavee is an incredible physician! Very caring, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable! My daughter has an autoimmune condition and was having a rare reaction to her immunosuppressant infusion that was literally destroying her quality of life. Dr. Sapthavee scoped her in-office and quickly identified the possible reaction and source of pain. We have since stopped the infusion, and kid is back to normal and has her life back! He gave us the courage to go with what we had suspected in our gut. Totally new kid now! Thank you, Dr. Sapthavee!

Repair of nose after Mohs Surgery Dr. Sapthavee repaired my nose after the third Mohs surgery for basal cell cancer on my nose. The third surgery left a sizable crater near the tip of my nose and it was questionable whether it could be sewn up or would require a skin graft. After considering the final appearance of the two alternatives he went with reshaping of the tip and sewing it up. He did a great job and the nose looks better than after the second surgery. I highly recommend him.

100% would recommend!! What an excellent doctor!! Went to have a septoplasty surgery with Dr Sapthavee and he did not disappoint!! I’m able to breathe freely now with no restrictions and had no complications at all. He told me about the surgery and made sure I was comfortable! His staff who assisted with the surgery were so excellent and made me feel calm and confident about the surgery. He is a great doctor and would recommend him to others!
