List of Andrew Vahabzadeh Hagh, Md's Reviews
I have been seeing Dr. V since January of 2020. I was diagnosed with stage 4 esophagus cancer right after that. Since that time, Dr. V. has been a life saver. He performed a Tracheostomy on me in January of 2020 and he performed a Laryngectomy on me in December of 2021. Both of those surgeries went extremely well. In addition to being a great doctor, he has a great bed side manner and cares about his patients. I have no idea where the one negative review came from. My experience with Dr. V is that he is very knowledgable and his training credentials are more than impressive.
Over the past 2.5 years, I was seen by another ENT doctor who only recommended natural alternatives to alleviate the constant throat problems I was experiencing. After having exhausted the recommended alternatives, I felt strongly that it was in my best interest to explore getting a tonsillectomy. After requesting another referral from my primary physician, I asked if I could be seen by a different ENT and was scheduled to be seen by Dr. Vahabzadeh. From my first visit, I witnessed his personable, knowledgeable, and compassionate nature. He agreed that I was a strong candidate for the tonsillectomy and I was able to schedule an appointment for the surgery after the consultation. The surgery and recovery process went super smoothly and I had little to no pain. I would get a tonsillectomy every year if it meant having total relief from constant throat problems. Dr. Vahabzadeh is a very skilled and empathetic doctor and I would highly recommend him!

Not Recommended. Limited knowledge and didn't seem trustworthy or caring.
I would highly recommend Dr. V to family and friends. Without a doubt he is the most skillful, thorough, kind, and thoughtful Dr. I have ever had the pleasure of being cared by. I struggled for over a year with voice issues and saw several ENT's who could not definitely diagnose my problem. Within minutes of my examination with Dr. V, he was confident with his diagnosis and the medical procedure he would use to give me my voice back. This Dr. is right up there at the top of his game. Thank you Dr. V!
I saw Dr. Vahabzadeh Hagh, or Dr. V as often referred to, after seeing two other ENT's who did not appear confident in their diagnosis. After a thorough exam in his office, he did not hesitate when he definitively gave me a diagnosis and the procedure to remove a cyst on my vocal cord. The procedure was skillfully performed and I am on the road to recovery. If I could give Dr. V 100 stars, he would undoubtedly deserve every one of them. Aside from a fantastic bedside manner, he is kind, intuitive, patient, skillful and an excellent listener. I am so relieved that I found him. Thank you Dr. V.
Over 18 months of deteriorating voice problems, multiple visits to various ENT specialists, 3 MRI’s, 2 Ct Scans, and a multitude of other tests, I had a consultation with Dr Andrew yesterday. Within 3 minutes of placing a scope through my nose, Dr Andrew discovered that I had a sizable growth on one of my vocal chords which was causing my problem. I am delighted to have driven from Palm Springs to see Dr Andrew, and am now scheduled for an outpatient surgical procedure to remove the growth. Brilliant, excellent, professional throughout.
Dr. Vahabzadeh is an exceptional doctor. He did two surgeries on me and the experience was great starting from the clinic, to the OR, and back again at the clinic for my post-op visit. Before the procedure, he took the time to explain the procedure and the pros and cons. He's compassionate and shows great empathy when discussing my health issues. The surgery went smoothly and he was quickly available to answer questions post-op before I saw him in clinic. This greatly eased the worries I had post-op and lead to a smooth recovery. Overall great experience, cool dude, and great doctor.
I do not recommend this doctor, he did not seem very knowledgable about the medications he prescribed and also was not the friendliest or most comforting doctor in the way he described things and interacted personally.
Dr. V is pretty much the best doctor you will ever encounter. Consider yourself extremely lucky if you are under his care. I recently had the SLAD-R procedure completed by him; he did a remarkable job, and I would recommend anyone looking to get this procedure done to give him a visit. I'm still in the early stages of recovery, but I could talk, eat, drink, and function relatively normally after the surgery. Maybe I'll post further updates as to how my voice progresses...but I'm predicting there'll be nothing of note other than my entire life changing for the better.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
