List of Annabelle Razon's Reviews
The office is shady, there is no AC/ventilation. I only visited them for a referral, which I did not get in time. I visited enough doctors and hospitals to know that referral takes only 1-2 days. After one week, I communicate with them, and my health insurance. From my health insurance, I get to know that they did not send any referral. I do not know how they are maintaining an office and providing care to patients. Please avoid this medical office if you can.
Dr. Razon is EXTREMELY disrespectful, rude, and not knowledgeable about many of the illnesses that l am faced with, such as Cancer. I am partially paralyzed and have stage 4cancer. I really can't understand why Dr Razon is so mean. maybe because of her age , l don't know but she definitely DOES NOT DESERVE TO be a physician !! There Are numerous qualified physicians in san Diego However, Dr Razon is Not one of those people! Do your self a favor don't waste your time on Dr. Razon!
I called Dr Razon and got a Tele health appointment same day and Dr Razon sent my. RX. directly over to pride pharmacy (Pride pharmacy delivers) I thought it was simple & straightforward
I am quarantined with pneumonia and high risk covid19 I called Dr. Razon and she did a Tele Med. appointment with me and prescribed some medicine ***** note. Be aware during this pandemic many Dr and practicioners are NOT DOING ANY IN PERSON APPOINTMENTS****\
Okay I know everyone seems to have had a bad experience here but honestly mine was really good and I'll explain why. First off, yes the person at the front desk is definitely not the nicest. She's the reason I took one star off. She seems very intimidating, but I don't think she means to be. Dr. Razon takes literally every single kind of insurance (even my garbage medi-cal), so I imagine they see a LOT of people all the time. I'm not sure I'd be at my friendliest if I had to interact with that many people, either. Dr. Razon herself is nothing but nice to me. She's been super helpful with whatever I needed BUT I have only gone in when I *know* what is wrong with me (ear infection, uti, etc). One of the issues I've had with so many doctors is not being listened to. When I tell Dr. Razon "this is what is the matter with me and this is what has worked for me when this has happened before" she actually listens instead of brushing me off and insisting that it's something else (which I've had way too many times to count). I can't say how she is for diagnosing something that I'm unaware of, so if you need to get something like that done just know you may or may not have the same experience. But if you go in with something you know is wrong and explain to her what you need she is always accommodating in that regard.
I'm really surprised by all these negative reviews... Surprised you managed to get an appointment! I've been calling several times a day every day for a week and I'm lucky if it even rings before I get the voicemail! I'll never have the pleasure of meeting Dr. Razon but from the sounds of it, I got off easy.
I wouldn't recommend Dr Razon to anyone. I am now in the process of changing her as my primary care physician after a year of poor medical care, lack of basic knowledge, slow response times, and significant delays. As a side note, this review is based on my experience with Dr. Razon prior and after COVID19. During the year I was under Dr. Razon's care, she ordered xrays for the wrong side of my body, prescribed over the counter medications (i.e. thums) for severe stomach aches, and did not order basic diagnostics to properly diagnose and/or further assess persistent health complaints. I had gallstones and I only found out when my OBGYN ordered a sonogram to help determine the source of my stomach aches. In many ways, I became my own medical doctor while I was under Dr. Razon's care. I had to do my own research, advocate for my needs, and I was consistently making appointments with other medical professionals to get to the bottom of my medical issues. Every time I scheduled an an appointment with Dr. Razon or her partner, I felt like I had wasted my time and money. I had to advocate for myself and obtain a referral for basic blood work and xrays, which a regular doctor would normally order to rule out issues. I also felt that there was a lack of basic knowledge on Dr. Razon's part. Most doctors educate their patients on basic health issues such as, stomach aches, bacterial infections, stomach flora, etc. I actually learned a lot from my acupuncturist and my chiropractor, and I finally got to the bottom of my issues by going to other doctors who were more responsive to my needs. I am very concerned about the many negative reviews Dr. Razon has received. A medical professional with a license to practice medicine has a responsibility to address and correct problems as they arise in their practice. It is time for patients to take action and formally address Dr. Razon through the medical board or other consumer health group. If Dr. Razon were to continue on this path, she can miss major life threatening issues like cancer. I strongly urge all of us (patients) to call our individual insurance providers to make them aware of Dr. Razon's troubling medical conduct.
Very rude and most terrible doctor. She needs to go back to high school to learn the basic good manners and etiquette. Very unprofessional. She's also lack of knowledge about medicine field. US should take back her license as a doctor, it's just a waste of money and time going to her clinic.
If you're Filipino, and just want a Filipino doctor, then this may be the doctor for you. Anyone else is not really welcome here. If you doubt whether Dr. Razon is a racist, just one visit will confirm my claim. Her skills as a physician don't seem very comprehensive. For instance, I have hypogonadism, which is a fairly common, lifelong condition that occurs in men. Dr Razon is the firsf doctor I have ever seen who had absolutely no idea what hypogonadism is, and likewise what medication to prescribe for it.If that weren't enough, she shuttered her business during this pandemic while still collecting from insurance companies as if she was still seeing patients. That being said, I think it's time for me to order a phd degree from the school she went to so I can start my own pratice. Hey, it worked for her, right? So sorry I cant give zero stars!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
