Gratefully and completely satisfied having gone to Dr. Tirgari for abdominal laser liposuction. For years prior I dealt with yo-yo weight gain and loss leaving me with a belly that made me ‘skinny fat’ and was resistant to change. It was a hurdle to overcome the hesitation to undergo the procedure, but glad I did. During the process, from initial consultation to follow up, I was treated with respect, explained processes and had expectations set. I was also provided educational resources and tips, and overall was delivered a positive experience. The location in Hillcrest is very easy to access with meter parking on the street and spots open quickly. The facility is on the 2nd floor, very clean and well lit. The staff are pleasant to interact with and friendly. I’m glad I entrusted Dr. Reza Tirgari as my surgeon and highly recommended consulting with him if you’re considering or interested.

I went to Dr Reza for liposuction on my upper back. I have nothing but, wonderful things to say about my experience honestly. First off I'd like to say that I could not be more satisfied with my results. I have had Lipo in the past with other physicians and ended up with irregularities. Not with Dr Reza. he is very detail oriented, has an artistic eye and gives incredible post care instructions. As for the procedure itself, I found it to be so much easier than I could have imagined. I did not want to go under general anesthesia due to the fact that I tend to have prolonged anxiety and depression for months after. So having an awake, Lipo was the best option for me and I must say I was pleasantly surprised with how easy the experience was. I love that I can now confidently wear open back dresses again!!! Seriously, so happy I found this place.

Avalon Laser and Liposuction gave me a great experience. Dr. Tirgari and his team were very professional and straight to the point. This organization is military friendly and conducts various procedures for military friends and family. As a very muscular person myself, Dr. Tirgari was able to conduct liposuction in my stubborn fat love handle areas, and slim my waist line down to a very satisfying aesthetic and natural look. I am very happy with the procedure and with his crew. The experience was fast, straight to the point, and discrete. I highly recommend Dr. Tirgari and his team as well as the whole Avalon Laser and Liposuction company to anyone thinking about getting any type of procedure conducted.

I got Lipo here on my upper and lower abdomen and love handles. It wasn’t something I could afford but I saved up and paid the $6000. I was super excited and nervous but happy because I had bad body image issues. I trusted the doctor and believed it was the right choice. It’s been a year and at this point I should be extremely happy with the results. I feel like he could have done a better job. I STILL have hip dips and I STILL have fat in my upper abdomen. I’m extremely disappointed because I feel like he had the knowledge and I trusted him. I should be happy with my body but I’m still covering up like I did before this process. I should be happy with my results. I can’t afford a revision because I already spent $6000 on something I was so excited about. I feel he could have definitely rushed the procedure and he could have sculpted my body like he promised.

I spent two years trying to get rid of my double chin. From Ultherapy to Kybella, nothing worked. Then I found Dr. Tirgari. He is not just a great surgeon, he's a great person. He answered any questions or concerns I had. My double chin is finally gone! I can't thank him and his amazing staff enough!

Long and overdue:) Words can not explain how grateful I am. I have never felt beautiful or confident with my own skin. Thanks to the help of Dr. Tirgari and his surgical nurse for making my surgery go so smoothly. Yes, of course I was scared and nervous but they made me feel comfortable. For any one asking I had my buffalo hump removed. It has been a big insecurity of mine and I couldn't be anymore grateful to Dr. Tirgari for the amazing results. Let's not forget and there customer service :)! Staff was welcoming and professional.
