Erroneously billed for a visit. Saw this Dr twice in November, a random claim was filed by them for a visit in October, that never happened. I called the office a few times, and mentioned it during my last visit. The error was never fixed, and seems fraudulent.

Dr Shamani and her staff are amazing. The doctor offers teleheath and in office visits. She listens to you and she finds out what is wrong. She is quick to get my prescriptions taken care. I told my friends and family she is a great doctor to see.

Every time I schedule an appointment I have nothing but problems when I arrive. I don’t understand why things gotta be difficult. If I have an appointment for a sport’s physical. Then what does you trying to sell me a vaccine have to do with it. Other than the fact that you want extra money and for “big pharma” to profit.

Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with this doctor. During my first appointment with her, she did not say a single word to me the entire time and was very rough and not communicating what she was doing. She didn’t speak to me until the very end as she was leaving the room and realized I was a new patient. After getting my blood work done, I made an appointment to receive a phone call to discuss the results, and she completely forgot about my initial appointment. After rescheduling the call, they gave me a very vague 3 hour time frame of when she would call me. When she did call me, she offered 0 explanations to anything and no solutions, so I’m not exactly sure what the point of the call was. They also did not bundle my insurance codes correctly and I was charged hundreds of dollars for things I shouldn’t have been charged for. I have been trying to get in contact with them for many months to have them fix the error, but no one will respond. I will definitely be finding a new doctor and would not recommend working with this office.

Went for one problem but she also heard about one another issue and gave prescription for both. I just wish the appointment would start on time or with minimal delay.
