Dr. Nguyen is an extremely intelligent and knowledgeable doctor who can provide the latest medical care available for her patients. I have a number of medical challenges and she takes special care to listen, offer support and recommend the best treatment plans for me. She is responsive so if there is a problem, they can fit you in. Her nurse, Jenna, is very kind and things like prescription orders and authorizations are done right away. I feel I am lucky to have Dr Nguyen as my physician.

Dr. Nguyen had a rough beginning with my mother who dislikes all doctors. Over the years mom and Dr. Nguyen developed a positive relationship purely on the perseverance of Dr. Nguyen. A few years ago I expressed to the doctor I felt something was wrong, but mom kept denying. After extensive time talking with mom and I, a physical exam and blood tests the doctor said she would call me with results. I received that call late the next day from Dr. Nguyen telling me to get mom to the emergency room now as she was dying! Mom was with me at my home in Ventura far from her home in SD. I rushed her to the emergency by my home, provided them with Dr. Nguyen's contact information so she could fill in physicians there. Thankfully, all worked out, mom received the blood transfusions and surgery she needed. She is a thriving 86, soon to be 87 years old thanks to the care of Dr. Nguyen. Thank you, Dr. Nguyen.

Dr. Nguyen is a friendly, but ignorant doctor! She prescribed me estrogen patches for over 5 years. No Progesterone! I just heard from my new doctor that this is a big no no! It's been proven for over 20 years that you need Progesterone if you're taking Estrogen. Now I'm getting a biopsy of my uterus. If it turns out to be something serious, I will be very upset. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Nguyen is not a good doctor. She prescribed me estrogen patches for approximately 5 years. She did not prescribe progesterone! Which my new doc said was a big no no. Now I have to get a uterus biopsy! I would not recommend her

Useless as a primary care physician. I was having knee problems and self-referred to a Physical Therapist. He asked me to get an MRI for which I had to go through my PCP. When I went to see Dr. Nguyen to ask for an MRI, she refused to order it. She just took my money and wasted my time. As for her personality, she is friendly on the surface, but she comes across very condescending to me.Changing my PCP.

Dr Nguyen is the very best doctor I have found in San Diego. She will take time to diagnose your ailment, will prescribe the best cure for you, and she will follow through until you are better. She cares.

Dr. Becky Nguyen was recommended to me by a friend. She pays attention, remembers, and cares. She even emails me information after my appointment so I can dig deeper into what we talked about. 1/2 doctor, 1/2 mom.

Great office and doc. Here's why: 1) great accessibility. call for an appointment, they pick up the phone and i'm usually in within 2 weeks. call for refills, done within the week.2) timely. does not over-schedule.3) attentive & efficient. If you are a good patient and want a better doctor, I suggest you look here.
