I don't even know where to start because I have so many good things to say about Dr. Moz and all of the staff at Belladerma. I had been consulting with plastic surgeons for the past 2 years, looking for the best doctor to perform my otoplasty (ear pinning) and I am so happy that I found Dr. Moz. I just got my bandages off today and I am already so excited. Starting with the front desk: these ladies are so sweet and friendly, they will go out of their way to make sure that you feel comfortable and welcome in the office. First impressions are so important in a medical establishment and they fulfill their roles perfectly. During my consultation with Dr. Moz, I first met Sara and she did an excellent job of going over what to expect before during and after my procedure. She made sure to answer all of my questions and spent extra time showing me before/after photos of patients who had gotten the same procedure. She also helped explain my different financing options and helped me to decide on a financial decision that I was comfortable with. She also described to me Dr. Moz's philanthropic work overseas and his work with trauma patients. Those details and the impressive before/after photos I saw are what really led me to decide to work with Dr. Moz. During my consultation with him, he took his time to understand the results that I wanted and to explain to me how the procedure would go. I was nervous leading up to my surgery date but all the staff were so reassuring and made me feel not only comfortable but excited. Bridgette spent a lot of time with me during my pre-op appointment breaking down everything I needed to prepare for before my surgery. On the day of my procedure, I really enjoyed chatting with her while waiting for my surgery to begin, all of the staff were so laid-back that it was easy to feel relaxed beforehand. This procedure was done under local anesthesia and at first I was nervous about being awake for a surgery but the medications I was given prior to the operation had me completely relaxed by the time Dr. Moz started working on my ears. The procedure was totally painless and to me it went by very quickly. Dr. Moz pays meticulous attention to detail and takes pride in his work. He won't rush your procedure, he wants his patients to be happy with their results. I could go on and on, I just have so many good things to say. My ears are a bit swollen and bruised but I am already so happy with my results, I can't recommend Dr. Moz and the team at Belladerma enough, you will not regret working with them!

They told me ear repair was about $400-$$600 per ear on the phone, only to quote be 3x the price via text: $2,500 for both. The employee prefaces my inquiry about the difference with "As I previously said"... Is wildly different, Karen. Would you like the hear the recording? And could be done without the attitude. Prefacing an answer with "aS I pReViOuSLy sAiD" is far from professional. This flurry of 5 star reviews with 1 or 2 review history appear fake/sponsored.

Awesome doctor and staff

I had a Hydrafacial with Courtney and she is amazing. Friendly, professional and I could not have looked better! The same day I had Botox and Filler with Hilary, again an amazing RN who takes her time to make sure you look your best. Lets you know exactly what each will do and timeframe. With both Courtney and Hilary, I look 10 years younger!!!
