Brent Driskill, Md's Online Review Report Card

I came here for ringing in my ear and had a very positive experience. All other doctors were booking a month out, and I got in here the next day! The receptionist was very kind and polite. I do not remember the nurses name, but she was so kind and sweet to me. She went above and beyond to help me and showed a lot of compassion. The doctor was also very nice and prescribed me medicine to help. I left here extremely satisfied and I look forward to my future appointments here.

I was referred to this office by a dentist because of Sleep Apnea. I am writing comments for potential patients who believe the doctors will help you with your condition. I met with Dr. Driskill in November 2023 who told me he was not the correct doctor to consult for Sleep Apnea. I then had to make another appointment to see Dr. Donaldson for another consultation. In January 2024 my appointment consisted of a consultation and an order for a CAT scan for a sinus problem which was noted as negative. Any follow up paper work was followed up by myself and my primary physician to Hillcrest ENT. During this three month period I only heard from Dr. Dondaldson to tell me he wanted to be certain that I could breathe during an Airway Procedure for Diagnostic purposes only. The staff never called me even though Fax letters were sent and emails of medical records sent twice by myself. Each time I did the follow-up the message was we do not have the paper work. It is now the end of February with a final suggestion, come back for another consultation. I do not recommend this ENT practice unless you wish to do the heavy lifting, and gathering of all medical records on your own behalf because this office will not do it. If you are up for arduous phone calls, continuous follow up to order medical records which they claim are never received, then maybe this is the place for you to get your ENT healthcare. Certainly was not mine because of a waste of time and energy with no results.

Dr. Donaldson and staff are terrific! I had two appointments a month apart for tinnitus & vertigo. After going through the various testing to check things out I am on a prescription that has helped me immensely. I am very very grateful.

Best Doctor ever! I can breathe again

Dr. Driskill is a very conversant, down to earth, and caring doctor. When you talk with him he is attentive and you can tell he sincerely cares to discern the root cause of symptoms and what you have going on. I truly appreciate that he seems to go the extra mile in figuring things out and doesn't make you feel rushed as many busy doctors do. All of the staff I've met there are super cool as well.. Thanks for being an awesome doctor/office, especially when one can have scary things going on in regards to needing the care of an ENT❤️

Every part of my experience with Hillcrest ENT was exceptional. Even the painful parts of removing the tubes from my nostrils after surgery were a positive experience. Dr. Driskill is an efficient, warm, and friendly doctor with a great bedside manner. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and warm as well. I was referred to Dr. Driskill by my primary care provider, and I could not be happier with my experience. My breathing is exceptional without any blockage. A huge success. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience. Kayla scheduled me an appointment after saying I was having a hard time eating, swallowing and pain when food was going down. Unfortunately that isn't something they can treat so I walked into the office and was instantly told by the doctor that he is sorry but thats not something he can help with. I told the receptionist exactly what I told the doctor who knew right away that he couldn't help me, so It would've been nice if she knew what the doctor is and isn't capable of helping with, so they don't just schedule useless 2 minute appointments that I am getting charged for. I tried reaching out to billing and they emailed the office and weeks later I never heard anything. I tried getting into contact with them and the office continued to ignore and not return my calls. I kept talking to different people all saying they will leave a note for someone else and no one would ever reach out to me. Eventually I finally was just told that sorry its still an appointment and even tho he did nothing, he told me I needed to go somewhere else, which is what I wish they did on the phone when I first called instead of changed me $200+ to tell me that.

Terrible experience. Never expected to be so disregarded as a patient. Absolutely do not suggest going to this office.

Thank you Hillcrest ENT! My prayers were answered. After calling three offices and one telling me they didn't have appointments until January, I was relieved when I talked to Kayla on the phone. She was so empathetic and compassionate to me that I felt instantly comforted. They were able to see me the next day. Jennifer the nurse was very kind and Dr. Driskill fixed the issue. I hope you all know what an amazing job you do and how much you change your patients' lives by doing what you do. I'm so grateful!

Dr Chadwick Donaldson has performed two surgeries on me and they went very, very well. I can't thank him enough. I will in the future breathe better at night and have a less chance of having a stroke or heart attack. Myrna also helps doctor with scheduling and medications, but sometimes there can be some confusion.
