Dr. Dicks was hard to reach. He was always in a rush. He gave me vague or meaningless answers to my questions. He did not do post-op check after my procedure (not there in post-op and never called to followup). He told me to come to his office on Friday after procedure to remove drainage tube, but his office never called to set appointment or returned my call immediately after the procedure to make an appointment. I called again and was informed he was not in the office of Fridays. He left me with my drainage tube g over the weekend until Monday afternoon. Procedure was fine; everything else was poor.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Dicks for many years. I’ve seen a lot of doctors in over 50 years, and I can easily say that Dr. Dicks is one of the best. Very knowledgeable and up to date on treatments. No God complex or arrogance. He really takes the time to analyze your case and he’ll take a personal interest in your wellbeing. Just as importantly, he’s a really nice guy who is down to earth.

Professional, courteous and considerate! Felt very comfortable with him and he was very attentive and patient. Answered all my questions and very straightforward what action need to take. Showed me the problem while doing the cystoscopy, saved me from a nightmare that was going to happen from a different urologist, said this procedure takes 30 minutes and you’ll feel much better again! I suffered for years and now I’m pissing like a race horse! So grateful! Thank you so much! Sending family and friends to him! Highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🐴
