I have done imaging with MRI and determined that I needed consultation for potential cervical surgery. When I contacted this office the extremely rude and not personable receptionist mentioned my referring doctor put notes that I have no intent for surgery nor steroid shots. So Dr. Flores office decided to deny a consultation. I told their office that surgery is my last resort and I don't want to do surgery if I don't absolutely need too but want a consultation by a surgeon so that I truly know where I stand from a specialist standpoint. The receptionist did not care what my intent was and denied my consultation. I was extremely frustrated because I am the patient and told them I wanted to proceed but they did not care. My conclusion is that if a patient doesn't want surgery or wants that to be last resort, that should not be grounds for declining a surgery. That shows this doctor only wants to see patients that are willing as priority #1 to go under the knife, cause that is where the financial gain comes from, not what is best for the client. This is an absolute disgusting practice and way of treating humans like cattle.

Amazing neurosurgeon and person! New office is beautiful and his staff is so nice and helpful. I recommend him to anyone I know who unfortunately needs brain surgery!
I like the care I get from him I like the way he explain the procedure
Dr. Flores deserves the 5 stars, really appreciate how he’s able to explain everything so well. A very knowledgeable neurosurgeon that I can really trust.
Yes Dr. Flores is highly skilled and I would recommend him to all that needs the expertise of a neurosurgeon.
Have been calling for 3 days to get a appointment no one ever answers the phone leave a message no one calls back you can get better medical care in Afghanistan thin from Dr Bruno Flores .
We're not surprised that Dr. Flores has been named as one of the top SD neurosurgeons. He is not only knowledgeable, but wants the patient's input. Despite his schedule, a consult with him never feels rushed. He is personable and caring!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
