World Class Experienc! Simply, it's a World Class Experience from the first moment of contact with the clinical staff by telephone to the completion of the last follow up after surgery. It's an experience just as seen via social media, all is truth, everything from clinic to people look as real as you're watching them on social media, since that is how I navigated learning about Vertical Restore, physician creditionals, proven results, procedures, helpful suggestions of do's and don't of less invasive procedures, after care and real life experiences of Dr Karam's patients. Over the two years I spent getting ready for having a vertical restore, I became to trust Dr Karam, clinical staff, results and the process. I came with complete trust and that never changed. I took a lot of suggestions from Dr Karam's patients and his wife Neda and incorporated them into my real life after care in a hotel. I had a nurse with me (Keshia) for the first 48 hours, so I could sleep knowing someone was watching over me and set up a daily regime, including a medication schedule, so I could follow it while recovering. I walked to my follow up appointments - 5 minute walk. Everything went as I expected, the process unfolded just as all the videos, literature, you tube and social media posts portrayed it. It's a honor to have Dr Karam perform my surgery, his Skill is a Gift. Trust the Process.

I am a former patient. If you want them to take your money and then ignore you and treat you like pooh then use them! Me and my peers helped build his business and now that he is a big shot charging a minimum of $70K treats us like nothing. They don't even return emails unless you are ready to hand over your credit card. Dr. Karam and his staff should be ashamed of how they treat former patients who helped get them to where they are today. While he does great work, there is lots of competition these days who do just as good work and won't treat you like a business transaction.

I regret to share my deeply disappointing experiences with Dr. Karam over multiple procedures spanning several years. My journey began in 2020 with a fat transfer to address facial hollowing. Despite initial promises, the results quickly faded, leaving me with no noticeable improvement. I was told from staff and Dr. Karam that results would improve over time. Two years later, I saw no positive changes at all. Upon asking for another fat transfer, I was declined as he said he does not do revisions (although it says he does in the contract). My results not only did not get any better, they got worse. Because I was so unhappy with the results, I considered a vertical restore to fix the issues with the lower half of my face, and upper and lower bleph to help with my eyes. It was not until I asked about doing a different procedure that I was able to talk to Dr. Karam again. Makes sense...if I'm paying more money, he will meet with me. He ended up telling me that he was no longer doing fat transfer without a vertical restore because the results weren't good. If the results were not good, then he should have offered to do a fat transfer again. He did not. In 2022, I underwent a vertical restore procedure and blepharoplasty. Unfortunately, these interventions also failed to meet expectations. My eyes now appear worse than before, with increased droopiness and wrinkles. A subsequent consultation with an eyelid specialist revealed that Dr. Karam's work was subpar, irreparable, and that he is a surgeon who consistently does revisions for Dr. Karam's sloppy work. Throughout this process, I've faced significant challenges in obtaining adequate follow-up care. Post-operative appointments were with nurses, not Dr. Karam himself. When I asked to meet with Dr. Karam, the response I always got was that he is "in surgery" and cannot meet. He is so busy doing so many surgeries that he does not have the time for any post-op care at all which is completely NEGLIGENT. My attempts to schedule reviews via phone and email with the doctor have been repeatedly unsuccessful, leaving me feeling dismissed and unheard. After paying for your procedure, you are nothing but a number and you will be treated as such. It's like the DMV of plastic surgery.I will never be doing a procedure with Dr. Karam ever again. I caution potential patients to look beyond his exciting social media presence and large following, and carefully research patient outcomes. His popularity on social media does not make him the best doctor. His prices reflect his popularity, not his work. In my experience, the high costs associated with Dr. Karam's procedures did not translate to any results or attentive aftercare. After four years and multiple surgeries, I deeply regret my decision to pursue treatment with this practice.To those considering cosmetic procedures, I strongly advise thorough research and skepticism of overwhelmingly positive reviews. My hope in sharing this experience is to prevent others from enduring extreme disappointment, no results, and financial loss.

Pleasant enough fellow, but do not be guided by this. He should not be a plastic surgeon. Unfortunately, he created a condition of cobra neck because he aggressively removed too much fat under my chin. Something he recommended I do in addition to a face lift. This is very hard to correct thus I am left with it. I look older than I did prior to the facelift and the area looks simply odd. In general, his work distorted my appearance rather than enhance it. I no longer looked like myself and not in a good way. I thought I had vetted him enough but how can a non-surgeon really know? He covers his tracks to ensure those who have had problems will not surface. He simply lacks the skill and eye for a good result. His marketing is deceptive. I have seen other patients of his, and they don't look great. Either they look "done" or it looks like nothing was done without improvement. It has been hard to look in the mirror since the procedure some years ago. It is especially difficult to see video of my face in action. Having him work on my face is one of my biggest regrets in my life.

From start to finish.. Antonio my surgical support person was kind, and worked tirelessly to get a coveted appointment to this very popular office .. Dr Karam is a true professional. He was through and honest with me about my needs. I have nothing but good things to say.

Honest review here. SCARS that will never go away, no matter how many lasers, corrective surgery, micro-needling and hair transplants (yes, that bad). I will be left with scars for life that could have been completely avoided. I am so incredibly unhappy with my results. Not only did I pay a fortune for the "Vertical Restore", lower and upper Bleph, lip lift and fat transfer, I was left with subpar results and the scars are horrendous. The scars left around my face are so incredibly noticeable that I have to get hair-transplanted to cover them. I cannot wear my hair up or back. The scars under my eyes, around my ears and hairline are incredibly noticeable. I have consulted with multiple surgeons in regards to my results, and all are shocked at not only what I paid, but the lack of results and permanent scarring. I have since had to undergo surgery to fix the GIGANTIC scar under my nose from the lip lift (super low), as well as the disproportion of my facelift (jowels left on the left of my face) and the skin that was left under my chin and neck. My neck lift was barely touched, yet the scars are horrendous. I had to have the bags corrected in my 2nd facelift by a SKILLED surgeon. My lower bleph left me with nothing but scars and bags. All of which I pointed out to Dr. Karam. I have asked for a refund to cover the cost of a facelift revision, lower bleph revision, neck lift revision, scar revision therapy as well as the hair transplants to cover the scarring around my face and hairline. I have reached out to Dr. Karam on several occasions, and my concerns were brushed off. I felt intimidated anytime I brought up my concerns, therefore my trust and faith in his ability to make this right has passed. I have since requested that I receive money back to take care of all of the areas that need fixing and I have received no response to my request.

So far, the Trifecta has been fantastic. Dr. Karam is incredibly knowledgable. I watch his "Skin School" segments on YouTube and have learned so much from him in just a couple weeks time. Highly recommend checking him out.

Dr. Karam is the best at what he does. I trust him amd his staff to offer and advise only what suits me. Beautiful aesthetics , soft natural “ you “ results.

I had a vertical restore couple year ago.My main complain is very visible scars close to my ear lobes and temple area. My face on one side is more pulled than the other side and as the result my eye looks smaller. Also some part of my neck is dropping.Expected much better price consider the amount of money I paid.
