I can't say enough good things about Dr. Alavi and his staff. Every single time I've been here. I've been treated with so much love and respect. Today I went in for Botox and was not having the greatest day. My nurse was so patient, kind and even made me laugh. I love this clinic.

I had a mommy makeover about two years ago and I personally am not happy about my belly button. It's terrible and I am frustrated every day when I see my belly button which has not only turned into an outy, but it's ugly. I would not dare get into a bathing suit because it's that bad. Here I get a mommy makeover to feel better and have a flat tummy and am left with an awful belly button and can't show my flat tummy. I'll have to get mine reconstructed someday which is money I don't have. Very upsetting. I'm not saying don't go to Dr. Alavi but just make sure you discuss every detail of your expectations before having a surgery.

Super great experience with Dr. everything went super great during my surgery and after I went in for a consultation of a tummy tuck, Lipo BBL with breast augmentation, I had told him what I wanted but he changed my mind about doing a tummy tuck so I went ahead and I listen to what he recommended which was a Lipo instead of that tummy tuck and now I am a year postop and I totally regret not doing the tummy tuck, I should have stuck with my gut feeling which I always do and went through with that tummy tuck my breast and my BBL were still great but like I had mentioned to him was my stomach and it's still the same issue. I've had three pregnancies I know that my muscles needed to be repaired. He is a great doctor I do blame myself for not listening to my gut feeling like I always do, but my recommendation to all is if you have something in your head, go ahead and go with it. It's not as easy as just going back into another surgery for a tummy tuck. If not, I would have done it already. It's takes healing time. It takes lots of money. It takes lots of patience. I do totally recommend him as a plastic surgeon. If later in the future, I need to change my breast. He is the one that I will be going to.

Absolutely the worst decision of my life. Not only it seems that he rushed my gynecomastia surgery by only taking very small peace of the gland and not taking any fat out. But also leaving me with large scars that did not heal properly, and according to other doctors that I saw, it's because of his heavy hand and improper cuts.

I genuinely have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Alavi and his team! I got 2 different procedures that go hand in hand with one another. Dr. Alavi is such an amazing surgeon and person in general. He made me feel incredibly comfortable, respected, and welcomed since day one. He explained thoroughly what he was going to do during the procedure and answered any and all questions I had. His team were very helpful and easy to reach out to when I had any questions or needed to reschedule anything. Every single one of them are incredibly sweet and will do anything to help you feel more comfortable! My friend recommended Dr. Alavi and out of all 3 surgeons I got a consultation from, I am tremendously happy I went with Dr. Alavi. I cannot recommend him and his team enough. Driving from Los Angeles down to San Diego has definitely been worth it! Thank you all so much!

I am 56, and 4 weeks ago I had a mini facelift (includes neck) browlift, rhinoplasty, and liposuction in my inner knees and lower back. The results turned out exactly as Dr Alavi had explained and couldn't be happier with my results! Dr Alavi's demeanor and bedside manner put me at ease from day one, which was during the consultation. To my surprise, the first week after surgery, he called me at home every few days to check in on me... His staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating and prices are more than reasonable when compared to the other quotes I had received.
