It was my first time at Coastal Medical, and I was referred by the amazing team at Brazilia, their sister company, where I’ve been a loyal client for years. I had never done Botox or fillers before and was simply looking for a consultation to explore how I could feel and look more refreshed. I saw Sarah for my appointment, and she was absolutely incredible. The consultation was so thorough and thoughtful—she took a very conservative approach, which I appreciated. I told her I wanted subtle, natural results where no one could tell I had anything done, just that I looked well-rested and refreshed. She delivered exactly that. I'm so happy with the results. I feel confident, my skin looks amazing, and I’m genuinely glad I took this step. Sarah did a full-face assessment and made recommendations in a way that felt honest and reassuring, especially since I’m new to medical aesthetics. I’m already booked for a SkinPen microneedling treatment in six weeks and absolutely plan to continue coming back. I’ve found a team I can truly trust.

Very sweet and gracious staff. I was provided with balanced information about the treatments that managed my expectation and informed my purchase decision. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase more which is really off putting instead I was provided with a treatment plan which I had time to think about and decide. I went in to get my lips done and my experience was amazing! I absolutely in love with my lips! Alana was so kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend her to anyone considering lip filler.

If anyone is searching for the fountain of youth I found it! I’ve been seeing Alana at Coastal medical for my Botox maintenance and she is PERFECT at placing just enough tox without going overboard and making me look different. I’ve most recently tried sculptra with her and I couldn’t be happier! I look so natural, and I feel like I look the best that I ever have….at 46 years old! The girls at Coastal Medical are so friendly, and I appreciate that they take the time to explain the different types of services they offer so I can make the perfect decision on what would be best for me. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I went in to get my lips done with Alana H, and I was so nervous, however she answered all of my questions and took so much time with me unlike so many other Med spas that want you in and out in 2 seconds. She asked me the whole time how I liked the shape and if I wanted more in certain area her attention to detail is amazing. Alana thank you for making me feel beautiful and making me feel so confident in the whole process!

I have felt so ugly the past year or so due to the loss of volume in my cheeks from getting older. I saw Nurse Alanna Kline and we did a small amount of filler in my cheeks and the results are INCREDIBLE! She was so gentle, I didn't even feel it and I didn't bruise at all. It's been two days and I still want to cry from happiness every time I look in the mirror. I look younger. Thank you so much !!! Everyone here is so highly skilled that I will never go anywhere else!
