YES....YES....YES....YES.

This place has the worst customer service! When I showed up for my appointment they said I didn't have an appointment and blamed it on me. I called an made an appointment but I guess the incompetent call center people didn't add it to the computer. What a waste of time. They are so rude!

I have a few health issues that I wanted to address before they became serious issues and I was told I either had to wait 6 weeks for an in-person visit or do a phone appointment. Went through 2 sessions of questioning by admin people, one of which bullied me into appointments for other exams unrelated to the issues I was calling about. My phone appointment started 45 minutes late and clearly didn't did read or get the info I gave on the previous calls. And after I explained my issues, she told me that we need to pick only one to address.  So I picked the worst. I had to repeat and repeat my issue and the doctor seemed to not get it, ultimately acknowledging that she'd need to see the issue in person. She said she would have her assistant call me to make an appointment (that day) and with information on the referrals (the next day) but the only call I got was for my co-pay. So I paid for a lot of hassle and no actual help. Also, following up (except to pay) is a pain because they use the same number for the network of clinics and don't want to give out extensions. I ended up looking for another health network.

I have a serious complaint about your agent today who tried to schedule me an appointment. Her name was Yolanda and I called at 1:20pm Ish and this awful, rude agent sat on the line for 49 minutes trying to set an appointment for an urgent matter! I have a swollen breast and she ran me in circles saying her “internet was slow” and laughed, showing zero compassion or problem solving abilities. When I asked to speak to a manager because it was taking an unacceptable amount of time to set an appointment she hung up. I constantly get the run around with this call center and this time Yolanda went too far. Thank god Elizabeth gave me an appointment when Yolanda SWORE nothing was available for weeks on end. I am so angry about this situation, I want a call back. I plan on continuing to escalate this unless someone calls me to apologize and make sure she is written up for this passive aggressive behavior. It is not acceptable and grounds foe termination in my opinion. People’s health matters

Everybody was nice, perhaps even very niceHowever, i have a rather painful disease thats incurable and has no known causes. I told the doctor, he said "what do you want me to do." Maybe that would be something some patients want to hear but im not one. I said i didnt know & that i was in a ton of pain & needed some relief even if only temporary (100% not looking for narcotic pain meds). He said, "ok. I'll be right back." He then left the room and five minutes later retuned to say word for word what WebMD has posted about my disease on their site. Ive read it myself dozens of times and know it very well. Its a really rare illness, affecting less than 1% of Americans but its so frustrating to work upp the courage to show this to someone new and try to treat it only to find little to no help. I wish my insurance didnt force me to be seen at this facility in order to get a referral from them to see a specialist. They told me they'd have to exhaust their options 4 me b4 they could give me a referral. Im in massive pain, constantly. Cant sit stand or lay down without brutal pain. F my life. I so obviously needed help and am at a stage beyond what theyre capable of. I need a surgeon, a dermatologist & endocrinologist if not also a gastroenterologist not a primary care doctor and a nurse. Pain, pain, pain. If youre interested, my illness is called hydradentitis suppertiva or HS for short and its not just painful, its embarrassing too. When i showed it to him i made a remark that as far as my self confidence and quality of life it might as well be on my face and not my butt.I wasnt sure what i needed but i know it was not that.

When this place emphasizes a mission about community wellness, they take that mission statement very seriously. They care about your health, about you as a person, and do whatever they can to help you achieve total wellness. I personally have experience with the acupuncture and dental side and they are all amazing and treat me like family, as well as to my 4 children. Ages 6-16,they all love Dr.Huh. How many people can say their kids love their dentist? Dr.Vuong and Dr.Huh are both part of my journey and I am so thankful for both of them...they are both helping me achieve amazing results!!!!Parking can be tricky but security is awesome! If you don't come and check this place out, you are missing out.

Always horribly slow. ER follow up visits supposed to be 3-5 days and they can’t schedule it for another month. I could go on...

This program needs to be reformed. staff needs to take another look at training. we've been struggling for months to receive medical help only to find staff made an error on our paperwork. this is an important service and has no room to be so unprofessional. we are not receiving the help we need due to your careless mistakes

non of them provide any useful medical I got anti biotics three times they were the exact same ones didn't work two times ago there trying to medi cal to cancel me through fraud on my insurance Logan ,downtown and especially Chula Vista who lied again saying they set up appointments for me I wasn't going to go and there thank god not even open ...I get civil rights violations there ,discrimination ECT .the staff is usually not the problem ,its those doctors and nurses.like people say in movies about prison which applies here ill die before I go back ....!watch they won't fix there non medical either .
