Concord Hair Restoration's Online Review Report Card

I had a hair transplant at Concord and I now have the most unnatural looking plug like hairline. I've undergone 10 hours of electrolysis to remove the hairs and will need another procedure to fix my hairline. The interaction with Dr. Mousavi has been a nightmare as well. After doing a reverse image search I have found their pictures do not belong to them. As you can see these results after four months are highly unlikely as well. One review in particular drove my decision to go to Concord. This review turns out to be from one of their staff members. I have included screenshots with some of their fake photos and misleading staff reviews.Edit: I have no idea what medical conditions Dr. Mousavi could be talking about and the far apart spaced clumps of hair poorly designed and sprouting in different directions could not even be the result of a medical condition. My mom attended my only in person follow up for moral support, and witnessed the awful interaction with him. It was very threatening. The weekend after my procedure I had an emotional phone conversation with him where I told him I felt like I had been violated. I'm not gonna share the whole story, but the procedure was awful. There were many promises that he would make it right. He told me during that phone conversation, that he would perform a second hair transplant on me and do it himself this time. Etc. after the hair started to grow in and I saw the kinky unmanageable clumps and talked to him and was told he did not like the look and told me to pluck out the hairs, I came to the firm realization that I did not trust, a Doctor who would allow his patient to go through such a serious operation carelessly. The interactions with him continue to get worse and my final time talking to him vocally was the in person consultation follow up where he reflected all blame and said some strange stuff. Including that he wanted me to get bloodwork free of charge however, the way he expressed this was repeating over and over again "I want your blood" it was almost comical if it wasn't so traumatizing. And using the phrase when repeatedly asking me personal questions "I am a doctor, I care" I really hope that this was just my experience. Please do your research before making the decision to get a hair transplant. I wish I had.

All the positive things you see about Dr Ben are true. He will actually spend time with you on your first appointment and really seems to care about your health and not just as a hair replacement client, but a person who might have underlying issues and wants to get to the bottom of what's causing not just your hair loss, but other issues as well. I wish my primary Dr was the same way! Steve is really helpful too and Dr Ben's nurse Galina is outstanding. I'm looking forward to actually seeing what's actually wrong with my health and ready to fix it with their help. Can't say enough..

Highly recommend! Dr Ben, Steve and the whole staff are amazing. I had a FUE hair transplant procedure completed here and am very happy with the results. I now have a full head of hair and no more receding hairline. The results are natural looking and the customer service is top notch.

Doctor and staff were very easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable asking all my questions. I like the treatment approach and felt like I was in good hands. If you’re unsure about anything, schedule a free consultation with the doctor and talk things out - you will feel much better after taking the first step!

I waited one year to do this review, which is about the time it takes for most of the growth to appear. Im 62 years old and I'm really happy with the results. I would recommend this place for anybody who feels like they want to do this for themselves. In my opinion, the procedure was a bit painful. The part when they put the injections in the scalp was hard to take. Once you get through that part, the rest isn't so bad. Steve and Dr. Ben were fabulous throughout, and I really liked working with them and their crew.
