Dr. Loyal is kind, caring, and listens to my aesthetic needs. I have been going to Dr. Loyal for a while now for my Botox treatments. I always leave his office looking my best. He is a true artist. Dr. Loyal helps me feel my most confident self!

Unprofessional and rushed experience with Dr. Monica Boen. The prescription we talked about was never explained and they never called in the prescription that day. They never went into any detail regarding the procedure or cost or how it would help. Expensive for a visit that was a complete waste of time. Even the notes from my visit were incorrect. No action was taken by them. Horrible experience!

My new regular cosmetic dermatology office. Dr Zubair is amazing and really patient with me. He has helped me over the last year with keloid scar removal, jaw Botox, and full facial acne scar treatment (ultra clear). The office is clean and the nursing/medical assistant staff is accommodating on all levels. I will always recommend this office and Dr Zubair to friends and family.

Dr. Butterwick is just amazing, I initially went to this clinic thinking about one thing, but she suggested a different approach to improve it and even recommended something I never would have considered on my own. Honestly, I loved the results, and I’m beyond happy! I am also super happy whe gave me recommendations , at the end sometimes is not just what the patient wants but what the patient really needs, and im glad I followed her advice; She’s an amazing doctor. They should definitely share more photos of her work so people can see just how skilled she is. I’m extremely satisfied. You can tell she has extensive knowledge and truly cares about where she places each injection.

Unfortunately, I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Dr. Goldman. I initially sought his expertise for rosacea, and he confidently assured me that his laser treatments (IPL and Cynergy ) would work. He made me feel very hopeful and optimistic about getting rid of the redness and bumpiness of rosacea that was making my life miserable as a young woman. I started this journey knowing the fact that rosacea has no cure and Laser treatment is just a temporary treatment that you must continue once a year or at least every 6 months or else the redness will come back. I trusted his judgment and spent over $1,300 on treatment sessions, along with nearly $400 on products that he recommended. After two failed laser treatments, Dr. Goldman stated that he made a mistake of not starting with higher levels of IPL intensity so he offered to do another round free of charge because of his mistake (my only good experience with him) . However, no improvement was observed and after three failed rounds of IPL, Dr. Goldman abruptly changed his diagnosis, claiming that I actually have a different variant called Keratosis pilaris rubra faciei. Which I did a lot of research and I do not have any of the symptoms and a lot of my symptoms are matching with rosacea patients and I was diagnosed with rosacea from three other dermatologist that I visited. What's worse, he didn't take the time to thoroughly explain this new diagnosis or discuss what it meant for my treatment plan. The only response I got was from his assistant emailing me to continue with the current laser treatment plan which basically meant spend more money for NOTHING!! Each treatment left my face with excessive swelling and bruised, causing me to take additional sick days from work to recover, which is OKAY and worth it if I had seen any improvements but unfortunately nothing changed and my skin even got bumpier!! They kept telling me it takes time.... and waited months after each session, hoping for some improvement, but nothing changed. This entire process took me almost 6 months and it was very frustrating and disappointing because I spent so much money for nothing. Overall Dr. Goldman's approach felt rushed, and I was left feeling confused, misled, and disappointed. Given my experience, I cannot recommend his services to anyone looking for thoughtful, effective, and compassionate care for treating rosacea with laser therapy.

I've been seeing Dr Butterwick for years. she is a great problem solver. I never wanted people to ask 'What did you have done to your face' - but rather, I prefer them to say 'you look great' - that's a validation that Dr B's procedures make me look natural. Exactly what I want. the whole staff is very professional and attentive. I applaud Dr Butterwick and her staff!

I am a dark skinned patient of African descent. I was very happy with the results of my Picosure laser treatment for textural issues and acne/hyperpigmentation with Dr. Zubair. As someone who struggled with acne spots growing up, clearer skin is a dream come true. People like myself are often hesitant to seek out cosmetic treatments because not all providers are experienced in treating skin of color, but this was not an issue with Dr. Zubair, who was clearly comfortable and well versed. We are bombarded with a lot of skincare advertising these days. One thing I really appreciated about Dr. Zubair was his ability to speak knowledgeably about the strength of the clinical evidence for or against any given treatment approach or medication. He also stays up to date on the latest literature and tools, and is clearly very passionate about cosmetic dermatology.

The staff is exceptional, professional and compassionate. They always checked in with me and was a seamless experience
