Dr. Torchinsky provided us with exceptional care. Whenever we had questions regarding our condition or treatment, he would respond instantly. He also gave us detailed explanations of our condition and the next steps for the treatment leaving no doubt that we were at the right place for improving our condition. I would highly recommend Dr. Torchinsky if you are looking for an ENT. Also, shoutout to his staff for making our visits as smooth as possible.

Dr Torchinsky has been excellent of all my experiences. I get really bad ear infections and some were an emergency that were that got too bad. Hes way better than original ear doctor. He diangnose the problem instead of guessing.

If you want to be treated with courtesy and with regard for your time don't bother with Dr. Torchinsky's office. I had a 3 week follow up appointment with Dr. Torchinsky for Friday 10/6 at 1 pm. I arrived on time to be greeted by an unpleasant member of his staff who curtly informed me that my appointment was cancelled because Dr. Torchonsky had an emergency surgery. I asked why I hadn't been informed earlier and she said she had left a voicemail for me. When I checked I saw the voicemail was received at about 12:40. When I told her this was unacceptable because I was already on my way to his office and on the road at 12:40 she took an attitude and started berating me as if I was the problem, not her and her belated voicemail. In fact, surgeries, even emergency ones are not scheduled in 20 minutes. Dr. Torchinsky and his staff had to know about the emergency surgery at least an hour beforehand, but they didn't bother trying to inform me until 20 minutes before ny scheduled appointment. I guess his staff was too busy enjoying lunch during their 12pm to 1pm lunch break to bother to call me in time. This is a classic example of why so many people dislike and distrust American MDs. Their arrogance and disregard for their patients time is well known. Not once was an apology or expression of sympathy offered. If you don't want to be treated this way then take heed and look elsewhere for ENT services.

Dr. Torchinsky solved my chronic cough issues in 10 minutes of examination and conversation about symptoms. I had seen 6 doctors and specialists at this point, done countless MRI's, CT scans, and breathing tests, with no alleviation of my pain. Dr. Torchinsky and I had a brief conversation, during which he kindly recommended a few changes to make to my treatment protocol and I am now 3 weeks free of all symptoms!

Dr. Torchinsky is a very smart guy. Very professional and knows a lot. Went to see him for vertigo, BPPV very common. Been 2 weeks now, hasn't gone away. He was laser focused on the vertigo, but I explained that I have fluid in my ear also. Will be checking with a different doc.

Dr. Torchinsky has been a wonderful ENT for me and my family for several years. I highly recommend him. He is an expert on sinus issues, knowledgeable about options for chronic sinusitis, and a good listener. He is a skillful surgeon as well! Dr. Torchinski truly cares about his patients and their quality of life.
