I had cosmetic surgery with Dr. Kupfer in 2012 and it was the best thing I ever did. My (little) sister recently had cosmetic surgery with Dr Kupfer and she looks and feels amazing--we both do! Brilliant, brilliant surgeon (Procedure: Breast augmentation)

Front desk never returns calls or even acknowledges patients when they enter. All the staff was occupied talking to each other instead of greeting people when they walk in and checking in patients

My son got injured and I was referred to this office. I was willing to travel to San Diego so he could receive the best of care, I was beyond disappointed as the staff is unfriendly and unwelcoming. People walk in and out of the room without letting you know who they are, treatment is in and out. No compassion, empathy or concern for the patient whatsoever. Dr. Kupfer is even worse, he came in and left in less than a minute. I'm glad my copays are so high for a 1 minute consult, he didn't explain anything, didn't ask if we had any quesions/concerns. I leave more concerned than when I walked in. I will definitely take my hard earned money and make sure I get quality care with someone who still cares for patients health, instead of making his pockets heaftier. Maybe he just picks and chooses who he wants to speak to. I DO NOT recommend.

Ann case manager is horrible. I’ve tried getting list of specialist from the office for a month. Everyone keeps telling me only Ann can give me the list. I’ve called about 10 times and yet no response at all. Does she even exist? Ladies at the front desk don’t seem to care or want to help. No expression no sympathy at all.

I love Dr. Kupfer! He's an amazing surgeon. I've seen him since 2013 with hand issues (carpel tunnel and tendonitis). Even all the PTs compliment his scars, they are totally invisible. John is amazing as well! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kupfer and John...I was initially told I would have zero use of my hands by another Dr after 1.5 years of treatment, I was referred to Dr. Kupfer and he has completely healed them. Was back working within 60 days.

I have been going to Dr Kupfer for along time. He is one of the finest doctors I have been with and associated with. I highly recommend him for hand surgery, any cosmetic procedures.. He is one of the best, he is highly educated and a very skilled surgeon
