I was looking for a registered dietician to help my mom with her diabetes control and I feel extremely fortunate to have found Deborah. Deborah has a great deal of knowledge and unique techniques to help clients with improving their daily diet and exercise/activity levels. With Deborah's guidance, my mom was able to see significant improvements in her labs, including her fasting blood glucose and her Hgb A1c. She is very caring, encouraging, patient, and especially understanding of each client's unique personal, cultural, and nutritional knowledge background (whatever the baseline knowledge level) and she explains each concept very clearly and relates it to the individual client. I attended most sessions with my mom and really felt that Deborah cared about my mom's health and progress and she was a great asset to have in my mom's journey to better management of her diabetes and a healthier lifestyle overall. I would highly recommend Deborah to anyone who is looking for a smart, effective, personable dietician for any reason, whether the goal is to help with management of health conditions such as diabetes, to lose weight, or to adopt a healthier lifestyle...I have no doubt Deborah can help anyone achieve that goal. "I was beyond impressed with my experience with Deborah Turquie Sacal MS RDN. She is great. I was completely blown away by how helpful and kind she was and how fast she was at getting me back on track ! A lot of doctors don't realize how important that is. Deborah is all I could have hoped for a dietitian and weight loss practitioner. She provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment during every visit and for every issue. She was awesome and then went the extra mile.Her Method and knowledge help me get back on track 100%! My appointments ran on time, she was really knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointments! I would highly recommend her ! If you are looking for a dietitian whose knowledge, who treats the whole person, and takes the time to be caring even while maintain a very efficient work, then Deborah is someone you should consider visiting."
