Best plastic surgeon in all of San Diego. My wife had a mommy makeover and looks great. We are both thrilled with the results. At 62 she is buying bathing suits she has never worn before. The office staff is kind, professional and quick to respond. The only regret is that we did not do this years ago!

This review is for Dr. McCoy who did my bilateral blepharoplasty and I love the results. My eyes are symmetric for the first time in my life! One of my eyelids was droopy and the other appeared more hollow, so my eyes appeared increasing asymmetric over time. I've never had a surgery before but my friends have operated alongside Dr. McCoy so I knew that she is a well-trained and excellent surgeon. If you have ever considered eyelid surgery, do yourself a favor and see Dr. McCoy. She will treat you like family and will take care of your eyes.

I was looking so very tired and my eyes were almost closed. Dr. Pollack made my eyes open and beautiful and my entire face lit up. My 22 year old grandson said “grandma you look so good what did you do”? I said “I cut my hair myself”! He said “do that all the time”! He does not need to know my secrets!! Thank you Dr. Pollack and your wonderful staff.

From the moment I set up my consultation, through my surgery and even now with just my post op appointments Dr. Pollack and the entire staff have been so amazing. Any and every question I have had along the way they have answered for me and put my mind at ease. They are very professional with great bedside manner. And my results from my surgery are everything I have ever wanted. I would highly recommend going to Dr. Pollack if you are wanting to enhance your natural beauty.

At Del Mar Plastic Surgery, I was not only treated with respect and dignity by Dr Pollack and his staff, but am ecstatic with the results of my breast augmentation! My review covers 3 surgeries with Dr. Pollack. First one was a tummy tuck with lipo. Dr. FORGOT to prescribe antibiotics and I ended up with an infection which quickly turned to MRSA. I have a pretty ugly scar where the infection was. Who forgets to prescribe antibiotics?? Lower thigh lift with lipo to the inside thighs. The lipo to the inside thighs were very very uneven and scars looked like barb wire. Can not wear shorts. A revision was done with my eye lift....stiches were to tight. I now have 3 long scars above my eye lids. I am asked about them all the time.....surgery was poorly done. My third surgery was an arm lift. The arm lift was fine with the exception for folded skin under my right arm. Can tell the stitching was way to tight. When I inquired I was told it would be fine as it healed. It looks like a half of a ball of skin in my arm pit. I am unsure as to why the Dr. did such a shitty job with each of my surgeries. Some of the other YELP reviews were positive. This was not the same doctor I went too!!! I often wonder my treatment was different because my insurance paid for these surgeries? if One of his receptionist gave me a gift card to me if I wrote a wonderful yelp review for Dr. Pollack. I am not sure how true all these reviews are. I have pictures and would happily share to substantiate my claims. Was extremely disappointed with his talent and bed side manner. I would take the time to find another plastic surgeon. The last note here....his staff is awesome and after surgery you will interact with them most of the time.

The minute you meet Dr. Pollack, you know you can trust him. He is straightforward, professional and friendly. My results exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend him. And the staff is great too. If you are considering any procedure, please make sure to meet with Dr. Pollack first. I would not go anywhere else.
