Dr. Mair was my ENT surgeon back in 1993-1994 at RAF Lakenheath while he was still serving in our military. I gave him a scare at the first attempt and we had to stop. But the second time around he reconstructed my sinuses and helped me breath for the first time at 14. Thank you sir, for helping me. You and Airman Crews helped shape my career.

Be very careful going to this doctors office. I never saw Dr. Mair but I did see his PA Kristen Specht and the experience was not something I wish upon anyone. I went in for a consultation and they slapped me with a $700 bill a month later. Did a “procedure” on me I never asked for and they gave me no warning they would be billing my insurance for that. They do not thoroughly explain their policies here and it’s definitely hurting patients. They don’t allow you to make an appointment with Mair unless you schedule a nose surgery. Incredibly frustrating when the PA couldn’t answer a lot of the questions I had. She just kept saying I needed to ask the doctor but she said I could not see him. How does that make any sense? Their entire way they treat patients is rigged in their benefit. Everything about the process was predatory. I’ve tried speaking with Sharp customer service to come to a fair resolution but they do not care what so ever. All the customer service reps I spoke with weren’t even aware of this offices policies.

What an amazing doctor, takes time to explain and gives honest opinion. Very gentle hands and very knowledgeable in his area. Has a sense of humor too! Very pleasant interaction and good experience overall.

I highly recommend Dr Mair and have been so pleased with our experience over the past year. His office has been very accommodating with my two year old daughter and she actually enjoys her visits to his office. He has always been thorough, listens to my concerns and questions, and provides great care. Her surgery was completely effective and I am just so grateful we get to see Dr Mair.
