I had a appointment today 12/16/2021 at 1:30pm, got there and lady at the desk said she call me 2 times on Thursday and left a massage to tell me that my Doctor wont't be there on Friday, Yes she call and left no massage and she lied about leaving a massage. The staff at the front desk is rude, lazy , inept and have no respect for the patience that comr to see their doctors. My Dr. R. Calvario is a great doctor and i love having her as a doctor, but that staff is about to make look for another doctor.Dr. Recalde you need to do something about your staff

Great help I been to this doctor since I was 7 year old even up too this date best help you can ask for and people there are great people

Just moved to San Diego and this was the closest place to get a physical. I made the appointment and decided to check the reviews to see what I could expect. The reviews were terrible, but my experience was nothing like what was written. It's true the look of the office from the outside makes you question booking your appointment, but the inside looks like most doctor offices. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The lady that drew my blood was amazing! I don't have issues with a needle, but if I did I would have been in the best of hands. I can remember thinking this nurse would be amazing with children! The real thing that matters when it comes to going to see a doctor is the actual doctor and she was great! She was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She covered everything I needed to know and was patient enough to answer all the questions I had. I left with two prescriptions and got two recommendations to see a specialist. I'm not saying the past reviews were wrong, but it wasn't how my experience went. I'm happy to have found this place and recommend anybody to give it a try!

If i could give neg stars I would! Dr sarah is amazing dr but the receptionists are aweful!!!!! I can't tell you how many times I've called to get my medicine refilled to help save my life and yet so many times they claim "we will let your dr know" then i never get a call. Call them each time to find out they never passed it off to the dr. Tryed to address them about the problem then they try to change the subject. If i could change drs I would just because I cannot stand these receptionists!!!!

I like this drs office, many times you see the PA but they are very good & always follow-up the the doctor! They offer natural alternatives instead of just prescribing a pill! Of course if you must take prescriptions for health like BP you need it but they do not over subscribe!

You never see the actual Doctor, it's only the PA's. My boyfriends first ever appoint with his PA never did a metabolic panel too check if all of his levels were okay as any doctor does when they first see a patient. And should been done annually if any of what they are testing for are high or abnormal. They never showed us his results they just talked about it. This is the first health care professional that actually listened to his concerns, but she kind of lets me down when it comes to being proactive about figuring out whats going on and just doing the basic things a health care professional should do.

Worst clinic I have ever been too. Had confirmed life threatening blood clot in my knee. It took them over 30 days to refer me for an ultra sound. Doctors as well as PA's were very unprofessional. I gave only a one star because I couldn't find anywhere to give them minus 5. They lie to you. They try to keep you from getting a case manager to file complaints with your Ins co. I'm in the process of filing a formal complaint about this clinic. WORST CLINIC EVER!

The front desk healthcare staff are rude and exceptionally inept. They are lazy and don't do their jobs and when you ask to speak to a supervisor, they always make an excuse as to why you cant. I had to do their work for them and call my insurance because the staff lied about needing an authorization for an ultrasound because they were obviously too lazy to do their job and call themselves.Then when I called them on it they played stupid. They are also professionally disgusting in the way that they talk about patients, saying derogatory remarks in spanish, when they think you dont speak spanish. Well I do. Dont go bere!!

Run for your life!!!!! Literally!!!! Scary unorganized. I could do their job better- I know I could! This place is scary pathetic! You will never know what Dr. Recalde looks like. They have weird interns working for them. If you have life threatening issues find somewhere that will take care of you. This place makes you do the work for them!!!! None of the front desk "ladies" speak clear English and act like your the one speaking a foreign language!!! The worst office I have ever been seen at!!!

I've been seeing by Surrency, J.,P.A. at this clinic for the past 4 months and I have nothing but good things to say about the professionals I've encountered here. Yes, the entrance followed by that poor looking parking lot isn't inviting but the compassion and care I've found it inside were the most important things to take it in consideration. Please give it a chance. I was so scared to come here for the first time after reading those horrendous reviews but I'm glad I did. Decent rooms and all resources expected at medical office were in place. Best, Deja.
