My experience with GEN five fertility AMAZING!! I am currently a surrogate first timer and with my experience here as nervous as I am already, I feel at home. The staff are so sweet so kind my coordinator is Cindy she is amazing she walks me through every step I never feel like any of my questions are not good enough to be answered she is there every step of the way with me. The front Desk ladies are super awesome!! they’re so sweet always so welcoming, also with blood draws, I have to say they’re pretty good they always get it the first time never leaves me bruised up place and Doctor wood is such a gentleman he will walk you through every step anything he is doing preparing for he is quick on answering if you need to get any blood draws the next day ultrasound if I can give this a 10 star rating I would definitely look into this you will not regret it

I have been to other clinics in the past and I have always received amazing care at Gen 5 Fertility. Everyone at the clinic is super kind. They make you feel like family and a second home. Staff is so patient, kind and caring. My coordinator Melissa goes above and beyond to make the journey comfortable. She always kept me informed and never failed to answer a question or return an email or phone call. Dr. Wood is extremely knowledgeable and he immediately made me feel like I was in good hands. He was very attentive and did the best to get me the best results. Now I am 14 weeks pregnant and I could not have made it this far without Dr. Wood and the support of the staff. Gen5 makes your dreams come true and I highly recommend Dr. Wood to anyone considering a fertility specialist.

Dr. Wood and my coordinator Melissa Aguirre are the absolute best. I was an edge case with extremely low follicle count and extremely low AMH.They went above and beyond for me. Everyone that works there, the front office manager, the other nurses, phlebotomists, embryologists - they are all amazing! Mary usually handled my care during egg retrivals and she was so reassuring.Everyone was always extremely caring and nice - even during the hardest times of the pandemic. And their blood draws don't hurt! I can't say the same for my new doctor's office.I went through 4 rounds of IVF (remember I'm an edge case) and I was able to get 2 healthy embryos. I am currently 17 weeks pregnant and it feels surreal.I was actually very sad when I had to graduate to a regular OBGYN. The care I received at Gen5 is like no where else. And Melissa went above the call of duty for me - she really helped get me through the entire IVF experience. I have zero hesitation recommending Gen5 Fertility to anyone that is experiencing infertility.

The staff at Gen 5 are so wonderful and welcoming.I've been going through fertility treatment at a variety of clinics for the past 5 years. I've seen the good and bad of the fertility world and I can say without a doubt that Gen 5 Fertility is a place I would recommend without hesitation. Dr. Wood and all the nurses are absolutely amazing.Going through fertility treatment has its highs and its lows. Even on my hard days, my coordinators have always managed to make each visit a positive experience. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in.I love that I see Dr. Wood at every appointment. At my past clinics I didn't always see the doctor and felt in the dark. I love that he goes over every step of the way with me and answering my questions when I have them.If you're looking for a friendly and compassionate clinic this is the clinic for you.

First, of all, I want to warn you that just friendly front desk staff won't save your money or make your hormones better.Second, the clinic takes non-refundable deposits, which made me think that is shady from the very beginning.The doctor was nice from the beginning and gave me plenty of time. But later, when I got my coordinator Shauny, things changed. She stopped replied to me and if she did, she replied very briefly and did not answer most of my questions by skipping them.I paid a deposit for Ovarian Rejuvenation $1000 and then did the ovarian rejuvenation. even though 3 other fertility doctors were against it. They said it won't help because there is no way to improve anything like perimenopause. So, at the first blood test from a Quest Diagnostics, I got more than 300 of E2 and that made me think that I had a cyst. I asked the Coodinator Shauny and said everything looks great. So at the first ultrasound after the ovarian rejuvenation, the doctor found a huge cyst. His face immediately changed as he did not expect it even though the lab showed the result 2 weeks ago that I developed the cyst. Interestingly, all the labs from the clinic came out to be normal. They did not offer anything to do with the cyst.The next time when I came back for the ultrasound, the blood work was extremely normal. Mind you, I was on a birth control pill all this time after the ovarian rejuvenation. So, the question as my current fertility doctors are wondering what is the reason of doing blood work to check hormones if I was on a birth control as they would be incorrect!!I asked my coordinator to check my blood work through Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp but she immediately became defensive. She said they cannot do that and if they would, they would charge me $250 for the review of this lab. I was in shock! I have never had such a strange practice from any other medical clinic!After the ovarian rejuvenation, no one invited me back for IVF even though we planned it. I would not tell the entire story because that would take probably a book. Now, when my current fertility doctor told me to get off from the birth control, my FSH came out to be more than 20 and I am not sure if ovarian rejuvenation did anything good than bad.Save yourself money, time, and health. Do not fall into their trap of a snake oil, like other fertility doctor told me. Stay healthy and good luck anyone to get a baby they wish to have!

Unprofessional and unkind service. They see patients as their bank accounts, not even numbers. They treat you as you an old rodent with a fat gold purse ready to give it away for one promise of giving you a progeny. In reality, they make you feel worse psychologically and physically. Stay away at any cost unless you want to try and see for yourself.

I have been through several rounds of IUI with no success and figured that the only way for my dream to come true was through IVF. After several consultations with other facilities, I am so incredibly grateful that I found Dr Wood here at Gen 5! From the time we met, my husband and I knew that he was the right fit for us. Their facility didn’t try to coax us into something that wasn’t fit for us and didn’t deceive us in any way. Everything was always upfront and communicated very well so their wasn’t any confusion at any point in time. Also, my coordinator, Marissa is a godsend!! Sweetest lady ever and amazing in her patience with me. Dr Wood and everyone else at their facility did what they do best and now after being in their care for about 4 months for ivf and fet, I got my results from my first blood work test afterwards and I am ecstatic to announce that it is positive for my first pregnancy!

Dr Wood and Adams’s are too notch in the industry…. I as a agency have had amazing success for last 20 years with my clients needs and surrogates… HIGHLY recommend them .
