Gerardo Cisneros's Online Review Report Card

Joined group as HMO member 10 days ago. Was hospitalized 5 days, released and assigned primary MD with nearest appointment 49 daysfrom hospital release date. Scripps refused to honor "continuity of care" standard and refused to allow me scheduled oncology visit and chemo treatment scheduled 2 days from hospital release. Do no harm is notin their playbook. I am terrified of my cancer progressing because Scrippsis denying me treatment

Stay away from this Dr and his office. and his office. It is run like crap. There's three people that work there. Good luck getting ahold of somebody. If you're lucky enough to get the receptionist she will put you on hold forever. Stupid rules they don't convey to you. I got so fed up with the hassle when trying to make an appointment or getting a prescription refill. YOU'LL DIE WAITING TO GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE.

I will never go back to Dr cisneros because he has an attitude,he is rude and will eventually go out of business if he doesn't change his ways

This doctor was assigned to my family member as a primary care doctor, this doctor and its staff do not care about people that need medical care.

Great DR.. I can trust that he will do what is best for my health.. Keep me accountable for my own Good . Very caring and great staff..

Dr. Cisneros is great. He is very thorough and caring. When I faced a medical issue I could tell that he had a very good idea about the possible causes of the issue and ordered several tests that determined the best course of action. I was surprised and impressed that I was able to talk to him over the phone as well – he helped me stay on top of my treatment. Highly recommended!

I have been a patient of Dr Cisneros for over 10 years. He is attentive. He always manages to work me in if an unexpected issue happens and I need to see him. Through our partnership, we have managed lowering my cholesterol and blood pressure through medication and lifestyle changes. I have always felt that my health is a team effort. He is willing to discuss alternative treatments and doesn’t immediately prescribe another pill. He was there for me when I had a health scare. He would call to see

Do not go to this Dr. These rocket scientists move location and did not inform my wife when she set up an appt for me as a new patient. Then when I call the same number listed on Google it is a recording telling me to go to the ER, so you can't even ask what their address is. Then they tell me to go somewhere else because I missed and went to the address they have listed. They are pompous, self-important cretins that do not treat you as the customer and instead you are a burden. GO ELSEWHERE!
